At the time i did not have or know my exact budget. Owner showed up, barely looked at anything, showed me pictures of the high end remodels his company has done. Impressive, so I expected him to tell me this wasn't for him. He didn't, he warned me about another contractor I had in the house also bidding the job, inferring he was more reputable. Which may or may not be the case, I have no idea because despite telling me he would send an estimate over.....crickets....well I hired the other contractor and things are looking amazing. He was great before he came out and saw the unit. Then just ghosted me. If you didn't want to bid the job, a call, text, email or yelp message would've sufficed. It's simple customer service.

Water raining down from a collapsed ceiling, three inches of water on the floor of every room of our unit and this guy walks in saying he's doing the remediation work down the hall and have we hired anyone yet. After we told him our insurance company had, he proceeded to tell us, wow you got a lot of damage, you know you're going to have to put all of this in storage and not be able to live here for a while. Told him tell me something I don't effing already know. You have to have big balls of brass to do what this guy did. Here's a tip, don't try soliciting business while someone is in the middle of a catastrophe by pointing out how bad it is and making them feel even more worse than they already do. They were incredibly quick (responding within the first 45 mins of my Yelp request ) to respond when I discovered a water leak coming from outside. Since the source wasn't obvious (potentially an ice dam, roof issue, etc.), I really appreciated how quickly and thoroughly they assessed the situation. They were able to identify both how far the water had spread inside and pinpoint the exact source of entry from outside. Once the issue was identified, they moved fast to fix it properly. After repairing the exterior source, they took extra precautions inside, treating the affected area to prevent any potential mold, installing new insulation, replacing the ceiling and smoothing everything out, and finishing with a clean paint job. You'd never know there had been an issue as it was repaired well. Jean, in particular, was fantastic to work with. He was very accommodating to my schedule, acted with urgency throughout the entire process, and made a stressful situation feel manageable.
