Name-calling patrons, gaslighting them on their experiences, calling one girl "constipated", because why else would she have been in the bathroom for long enough to notice the grottiness? Telling people they sound like they need to "get laid" or "get a life" when they make valid complaints? Just wildly unprofessional. Very tired of venues staffed and owned by people who think they're too cool to be kind. You deserve better. Spend your money elsewhere.
