They had my 2009 Honda Ridgeline for over seven days to correct the installation of the Rack and Pinion Steering unit they installed on the 15th of May 2026. Thanks for picking up my Honda Ridgeline 7 days after the 24th of May for a follow-up on the 1st of June 2026. I'm still experiencing steering issues with the installation and underbody noises. Called in last minute on NYE, needing help with removing a socket that another shop got stuck on…read morethe lugs nuts of one of my wheels. Spoke to the brilliant Ms Tiffany who was very kind and willing to assist. I pulled up and Cody and Gabe, got the socket and lug nuts extracted with in 30 minutes with no BS, felt like a couple big bros helping me out. Decided to buy some new tires from them, Tiffany gave me an immediate quote, called in for the tires and they got me in and out. Shout to the gentleman with the glasses and anyone else on team that was part of the job. From what I experienced, the JP Auto Team really gives a damn about their customers and just cares about people general. Knowledgeable mechanics, Fair price and amazing hard working crew with the hospitality that really makes me love living in the South.
