Max was fantastic to work with from the very beginning. His communication was constant, incredibly clear, and prompt. He went above and beyond to make sure all the scheduling details were perfectly aligned and that the estimate was accurate. It's so rare to find this level of responsiveness and transparency. On the day of the service, our technician, Oleksandr, was outstanding. He was incredibly thorough with the deep cleaning and treated our home with the utmost respect. What I appreciated most was how he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing at every step of the process. His work was meticulous, and he left the space spotless. Reasonable, honest plumber who does excellent work!…read more On June 6, 2026, I was in the Bronx helping a family with a water leak in their nearly 100-year-old house. This review is 1.5 months late because I wanted to be sure that the repairs made by Felip at GME Plumbing held up after he completed the plumbing work. I took pictures and sent them to Felip and he provided a reasonable estimate which included parts and labor, so we hired him. Felip and his helper did excellent work, left the place clean, and took away the rubbish. We paid the price in his estimate; there were no surprise extra charges. He 1) Repaired a leaking shower, replaced seat of valve with a special tool. Two previous plumbers only changed the washers and the leaks never stopped. 2) Replaced washing machine valves located behind shower wall. 3) Removed an old leaky toilet and replaced it with a new toilet. It's been over a month since the repairs were completed and there have been no leaks. The water bill is 40% less because of the repairs Felip made. We are very happy with Felip's work and will definitely use him again should we have further plumbing issues.
