I gave him an $8000 deposit which he asked for 10,000. He came back with the piece we needed and he wanted me to give him the balance that I owed him before he walked into the store to finish the job. And that's where he went berserk I highly recommend you go with a different company As I'm left with a mess during the heat of the summer

A few weeks earlier I found NGM HVAC quite randomly on yelp when I had a misc. in-the-wall AC issue. George serviced the AC and I was impressed with his knowledge and polite friendly demeanor. I started to discuss my intent to replace the noisy wall AC units on the 2nd floor with a quiet ductless mini-split system. Over the next week George and I communicated by email and phone, shared ideas and sketches, discussed no. of air registers, mounting locations, system capacity, line routing, etc. During these discussions, I become more and more confident in NGM and their expertise and interest in the project. The project proposal was very detailed and priced fairly as well. The work began a few weeks later and took only 3 days to complete. The team of (4) left the work site clean and neat each day. Workers were 100% focused on the project tasks. It was not easy mounting the heavy condenser up high on the house where I wanted or routing the line-sets through the tight very hot attic space, but there were no complaints throughout and end product was impressive!!
