Guy quotes me $1200, so I tell him I've received five other quotes, all under $500 and all including a three year no loss grow back guarantee and ask him what his includes. He says "you just want moss removed and no pressure wash I can make it $800". I said no, that's not what I want, I want to understand why your quote is two to three times the other five quotes I've received and I want to understand what it includes and he just repeated $1200 or $800 no pressure wash. I'll be using one of the myriad other services that were offered to me with good communication, detail, price breakdown, and a warranty and I would suggest you learn from my lesson and the lesson of the other reviewer and not waste your time.

On the day we scheduled, his crew showed up on time, on the dot, and began working. They were pleasant, respectful of my property and cleaned up at the end of each day. It was fun watching them work, they were like a well oiled machine. At the end of the second day, Carlos called to let me know they'd be back for a couple more hours in the am to finish up and to make sure everything was cleaned up.
