Prompt in all ways possible from start to finish. The quality exceeded my expectation. Neighbor's thought I was crazy but it worked better than a body shop by a mile. Glad I tried it. If your car had very heavy extensive damage I don't know but for me it worked like charm. Tim

The service was excellent! It only took a couple of hours and the door and panel were back to mint condition! VERY affordable and effective. They came to my home and repaired it better and more cost effective than taking it to a dealership or a repair company.

Jose was my guy and he did a great job. He actually worked on my car twice and the outcome was great both times. Here's the before and after picture of the most recent work. !!

When I went in person, Alexis was equally great and welcoming. I met with John, who looked over my car and provided a very reasonable quote, promising to turn it around as quickly as possible. When I dropped the car off, the team continued to be fantastic. During the repair, an unforeseen issue came up that required an additional part, but they were completely transparent about the cost and the exact reason for the increase. To top it off, they ended up saving on costs--which they clearly explained and passed along. When I picked up the car, it looked like nothing had ever happened to it. The quality of the work is top-tier. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, transparency, and kindness. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their auto body needs, and they have earned a customer for life.

Compared to two other shops I got quotes from, John's quote was the lowest price. He also did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the repair. The final paint job was completely flawless. On a separate note, my car has a 360 degree surround view camera system, and one of the cameras is mounted on the side mirror, which needed to be removed during paint blending and reattached afterwards. This meant that German Auto Body needed to take the car to the dealership (Lexus Stevens Creek) for calibration to correctly line up the image from the reinstalled mirror camera to the whole image captured by the three other cameras. The dealership's calibrations did not correctly line up the final image (I have my doubts if they even ran the calibrations at all, as the image looked identical before and after), but they still charged for the calibrations (gave a typical BS answer that everything was "in spec"). However German Auto Body agreed that the calibrations did nothing and therefore they chose to absorb the cost of the calibrations from the dealer and did not charge me. John and tech Jose were able to work with me to mechanically (manually) adjust the side mirror to line up the 360 view image. I greatly appreciated the efforts that went into resolving this. Base on my experience, I believe that German Auto Body is an honest, customer service oriented, and skilled body shop. Would highly recommend them. This would be my go to shop if I ever needed future auto body repairs.

Came for a "one-hour" oil change, left 3.5+ hours later with zero trust. (Story below if you're curious. ) I arrived at 9:00 AM sharp for my 40K service. "Oil change within the hour, then a check-up!" Great. I went next door for breakfast. 10:30: No call, so I called. "Sorry, got busy, starting now!" No problem. 12:00: They called. I need four new tires AND all new brake pads. I asked for the estimate to think it over. 12:30: Still nothing. I called to say I'd just pick up the car. Plot twist: the oil change hadn't started yet. When I mentioned this, I got a fresh batch of excuses nobody had brought up earlier. The owner then dropped by. No apology, but he did give me a free lecture on "how the industry works" and some notes on my tone. When I said I'd skip the oil change and leave, I was told the inspection would cost extra. So I paid to unlock my own car, escape-room style. Then came the $1,500 estimate. It listed zero measurements for tire tread or brake pad thickness. The tire brand had been scribbled out. There was a "rear rotor" labor charge with no rear rotors anywhere on it. And the highway vibration I came in for wasn't mentioned at all. Getting that second opinion now. Pro tip: Bring a book. Maybe two. And maybe a friend who's a mechanic.
