He's helped me in the past, and I would previously have given him five stars. Unfortunately, over time, he's become increasingly impatient and snippy with me. On several visits, I've experienced responses that I found quite rude when asking about my car, raising concerns, or discussing other options. I don't know why his attitude changed, but reasonable questions shouldn't be met with that kind of treatment. I'm giving him three stars because I still value his honesty and the good work he's done. I'm taking two stars off for the rude behavior I've experienced. A little patience and respectful communication would make a big difference.

If you just need an oil change and can do the minor maintenance and inspections yourself, then it will be a bit pricy at this shop (~$170). However, if you want someone else to do all that, it would be cheaper than a dealership.
