There is no billboard or web article acclaim - but when you step inside you are transported to warmth and love on 100. This place is no exception. Such a cozy feel, the baristas are so kind and accommodating, actually smiling - can you imagine that?! They genuinely take interest in you. Here is the set up. There are so many chairs and tables, it feels like you're in a massive well decorated living room. Ample space to spread out and work or study or read scripture. Speaking of reading scripture - if God made coffee on Day 6 it was because the two new humans made him exhausted. That's why he needed rest on Day 7 teeheehee. I had a matcha latte. It was wayyyy to sweet for me. Considering I do not have a single sweet tooth in my mouth and usually drink my matcha plain. They were kinda and gave me a coffee on the house with free refills. I appreciate the fact they open at 7am on the weekdays that allows work commuters the chance to swing by to grab coffee on the way to work if they need to start work at 8am. I haven't redeemed any rewards in several months because I've been overseas, so I wasn't sure whether I simply scanned the code or if there was another step involved. Instead of explaining the process, he repeatedly pointed at the screen and said, it's right here. When I asked for clarification, he continued to respond the same way without actually explaining what I needed to do. His tone and mannerisms made me feel as though I was being treated like an inconvenience for asking a simple question. Not every customer is familiar with the app, and some may be using rewards for the first time. A little patience and clearer communication would have gone a long way. The experience was made more frustrating by the long wait beforehand. There were only two cashiers working and the customer ahead of me spent several minutes at the register asking questions. Another cashier was also helping a customer who needed additional assistance. While I understand that questions happen and employees do their best, waiting a considerable amount of time only to receive dismissive customer service was disappointing. Good customer service isn't just about completing a transaction--it's about helping customers understand the process and making them feel welcome. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during this visit.

I'd come back just because they have lots of interesting flavor options that I'd be curious to try. Pricing is pretty standard these days with a drink coming out to around $6-$7.
