Cute place with a heartwarming backstory. Nice and busy for brunch on a Saturday morning!…read more I got the scrambled eggs with chorizo and onions and it was DELISH. Also came with a biscuit and jam, which were average - the biscuit tasted like it might have been from a box or mix rather than scratch? But not sure. My friend got the Oliver's breakfast which was a large portion, and she also got a blueberry pancake, which was packed full of blueberries and had a nice crispy edge. She also ordered hot tea and got to choose her tea bag from a lovely box, which was a cute touch. The only thing I might say is that the owner was a bit brusque/gruff. I understand being businesslike and I know customers can be a pain in the food industry, but his attitude was just not very welcoming I suppose. Still a good experience overall though! Glad to see Oliver's is doing well!

If you stop serving customers at 1:30, then that should be reflected in your business hours. We could have saved ourselves the time and gas driving there. What made it even more frustrating was being told that breakfast was already cut off because they had "sold too much" that day. That was honestly confusing considering this restaurant is known for breakfast, operates during brunch hours, and advertises that it is open until 2:00 PM. We also weren't the only customers being turned away. It was extremely disappointing and felt very unprofessional. If customers arrive during your advertised business hours, they should be able to expect service. We arrived with plenty of time to order, eat, and be finished by closing.

The parking situation is hit or miss dependent on the amount of traffic for the neighboring retail spaces, including Starbucks, a dentist, and a nail bar. The times I've been really make me question why I want to put up with this location. Unfortunately, 5 out of the last 7 visits have been very lacking in service and quality of food. When I place an order in app for pick up at a certain time, I want to be able to pick it up around that time or pretty close to it, especially since it is not a large order or something that would require a much longer time to prep. The sandwiches are almost never made until you get there, which beats the purpose for my order ahead. The staff have not acknowledged my presence upon entering the sub shop nor looked up once to see how many people have stepped in. I typically only see 2 persons working, one cooking on the grill and the other building the sub and wrapping it up. Having 6 to 8 customers in shop waiting for their orders isn't a good look. If this shop is consistently understaffed, I could see why the staff members are tired and not wanting to interact with their customers, being overworked and burnt out. I get it...but it's not alright if you want that constant consumer flow but less staff so the company can save money... because this is what turns people off. Waiting 25 minutes plus for a small order of one to two subs without staff informing you of the estimated wait isn't really acceptable. The quality of the meat and bread have also been abysmal, which deters me from returning to this shop in the future. If I really want my Jersey Mike's, I'll be going to another shop a few more miles away instead.

One employee made our sandwich and went to put mayo on it (the sandwich didn't even come with mayo, it comes with ranch) and I told her no it's actually only supposed to be meat and cheese. The lady said ok and continued to make the sandwich, but used the same bread with mayo on it. We brought the sandwich back in for them to remake it and the employee started screaming that they can't read minds and began to start trying to kick us out the store because of their mistake. She kept escalating the situation and yelling about refusing service and calling the police because "she can". She finally refunded the sandwich and said she's going to make sure we can never come back to the location, as if we would ever want to go there again. They didn't have name tags so I couldn't get her name but she posed for a picture for me, after she took ours and said she was going to put it in the back so everyone knows to refuse served to us if we ever come back. Fortunately for her, the won't be an issue for us.

The location is always clean, but the food is inconsistent. so far every time I've ordered online my order has either been wrong or a complete sloppy mess. I've had to have them remake it each time. When I've ordered in person, because you're standing over them giving them directions, it typically comes out just right. One of the times I came in they had a giant pile of completely burnt bacon. I asked if this was the bacon they were gonna put on my sandwich. They said yes...I said I'm gonna need new bacon lol. They had no problem making it fresh and didn't have an attitude, but the fact that they had that giant pile of burnt bacon that was going on the next 50+ sandwiches says a lot. The food is still good so I continue to come, but whether your food comes out how you expect it is a 50-50 chance. Make sure to sign up for shore points and get free subs.

But from the looks of it it didn't seem like seperate businesses, just 1 kitchen crew working all of the menus. Not sure if that's how it will always be or not? They had free food when they opened at 10am'ish, but by the time I got there around 3p all the free food had been sold out. Too bad. But I was lucky enough to catch there other give away, 50% off everything. Food- ecided to go with there smash burger and there parmesan wings. I ordered at there kiosk, which was pretty easy to do so. They have a ton of add on's. The burger was yummy from cheeky buns. The wings were alright. Service- originally when I ordered I got a text saying 18 minutes wait time, but it was ready in less than 10. I guess they wanted to over estimate rather than under, I respect it. There was a steady amount of people there for there opening. Overall pretty nice to open a food hall in this suburban area of town, wishing them well!

Conveniently located immediately to the left side once you enter the doors into Seafood City, you immediately get the sense that you are inside a home, very warm and just homey. The staff here is friendly and the menu has a good variety of snacks, sandwiches/burgers, and drinks. I've really enjoyed the Smash Burger, Fili Bistek Sando, and the Loaded Longanisa Fries. As for drinks, the pumpkin latte was good (might be seasonal) and Mango Graham Cloud are very tasty. I will say the food and drinks here are very rich and you will be (overly) stuffed after you're done. Maybe I'm just too old to be eating this frequently now, but that won't stop me from craving it. Will definitely be back here soon enough.
