When the price increase was brought to their attention they did NOT honor the original price. The front desk woman was rude and said "you shouldn't go buy something if you don't have the money to pay for it". It was not about the money for us it was about the price that was stated first. They do not keep their word on their price. That's very disappointing of a business to not honor what price they had said first and there was no reason to upcharge. Definitely recommend going elsewhere. The tires were listed for a certain price on Facebook and the owner's son had made the mistake on the listing and was told that you all were not going to loose money because of his mistake and the owner acknowledged that his son made a mistake. They gave a $100 discount which really isn't a discount if I still paid $200 more than original listed price. Also one of the tools broke when an employee was working on my vehicle and he immediately tensed up and he looked afraid to notify the owner that he broke it because he was going to have to pay for it out of pocket.

The last time I was there, they broke a lug bolt off my wheel spacer and didn't seem to care in the least about it.. Tommy conveniently says "it popped off" as though it could simply be "popped" back on again, and the proceeds to say that it's perfectly fine to drive around with a broken lug bolt. Excuse me??? I brought my vehicle there to be prepped for a cross country move with the good faith that it would be ready to roll when I picked it up, instead, we had to go searching for parts to repair it.. ..and not so much as a discount or even an apology for the mistake.. they simply didn't care in the least about damaging someone else's property... very disappointed because I truly thought they were above doing such to their customers..

I told them I'd get it looked at and i would just like my oil changed today. He then proceeded to tell me I needed a new air filter and he "recommended" new wiper blades. I knew then that these people were trying to get one by me, maybe because I'm a woman. I literally just changed my windshield wiper blades 3 months ago and also had my air filter checked. I left and when I was turning onto my road, I noticed a clicking noise coming from the front right underside. Lord help me if they did anything to my engine.
