Good news for them. Not so good for me ! Well actually GREAT NEWS FOR ME…read more I just picked up my repaired 2013 Buick Regal Turbo. With a very special black paint exterior infused with fine silver speckles. When purchased It was an additional 2000 dollars. Sun roof and great sounding audio. As of now this garage kept beauty has 30,426 miles on it. However.... What really makes it special is just before my beloved WW II hero Uncle Jimmy passed he gifted it to me. Brand new. He had no children. He considered me his son. Treated me as if I were ! To repair 28 hundred dollars of damage to the passenger side rocker I took it to Caliber Collision My third vehicle repaired by them in as many years. When is a car not a car? When it's attached to the love and generosity of a loved one like my Uncle. Looks brand new. The paint match is identical. Can't tell it was even scratched. It needed alignment after riding up on the cement island at my banks drive thru. Job done. My adjuster Shawn guided me and the vehicle thru the process professionally. Very informative and thorough. But it was-the body repair specialists that formed the main reason we did business on three occasions. They didn't overlook a thing. Sorry Uncle Jimmy. But you would love this place.

The service at this place is basically a scam. The initial estimate will be very low. Then they…read moretell you "well, it might go up now that we've looked at it closer." Then you get a new, higher estimate. Once you agree to that, they do the work and give you a final amount that is dramatically higher than that intermediate estimate. In my case, the difference between the final bill and their initial middle estimate was 3x the increase. They defend this with "well, we told you it might go up". This conveniently makes that intermediate estimate totally worthless to you while giving them a defense. Avoid this place at all costs. Also note: they remove negative reviews from Google (and possibly here). I left the same review on Google, and now it's gone.

No one said "Hello" or "We will be right with you" while I stood there. When I explained that the car needed a bumper replaced and some additional work done, she never asked any questions about the car. She told me that they do not do rust work on older cars. I never asked her to do rust work on the car. No one else talked to me and no one came to look at the car. She repeated her quote about not doing rust work on older cars and then she went back to work on her cellphone ignoring the next person waiting behind me in line. The front office was not crowded or busy at 10:00AM on a Tuesday, but we were all ignored by her while waiting to talk with somebody in the shop. The owner should see the poor communication skills and bad customer service attitude in the front office and then he would know why half of his service bays are empty on Tuesday morning. The receptionist looked old enough to know that using her cellphone at work while ignoring customers is not just rude, but it is really a bad business decision when potential customers are walking out the door.
