Left car , the next day I called in afternoon and she answered and at first acted like the car was not there , again acted clueless. When I insisted I was there the night before and car was there she said I would need to talk to Jim. Jim got on phone and said he could not replace the Vtech selenoid on my Honda, which is a common repair and he did not check the brakes, the two things it was there for. He said he was just too busy. Not sure if it was because she did not book me , or he just did not want to do it, but he was rude and short about it for sure. Makes no sense to have me wait for a week to get in and then just shut me down. At 65 years old I know when to never go back to a place with such poor attitude and no service. Guess it is just a sign of the times. I went up the street and had it done, no problem. How they stay in business is beyond me, but being a bully works for Jim and his crew. Good luck with that....

The bill was $325.00. we called to ask why it was so high, they stated that it was more difficult than expected. NOT sure how difficulty has any to do with $95 an hour price quoted. also the dispatcher hung up on us after stating he had other calls to get without resolving the fee charge.
