To make matters worse, I had already purchased a Groupon voucher that is now non-refundable. If they had at least texted or called to let me know that plans had changed, I would have had ample time to reschedule the appointment with a different mechanic and not miss my road trip. These guys might be skilled at what they do, but their terrible communication and lack of respect for a customer's time made this one of my worst service experiences ever.
