I called them up and they are actually in network for State Farm so all their repairs and paint work are covered for the life of the vehicle. Which is a great thing!! I made arrangements to go up and get the estimate down. Rick Kozminski was extremely helpful and we had a great conversation about how things are done and he's old fashioned and believes in putting out great quality work every time and never cutting any corners. We got the car back a few weeks later and everything was up to par and the few things I had issues with they have addressed with no hassle and really made the whole process very painless. But when he did arrive, within two seconds of popping the hood of my car he saw that some wires had been chewed through by an animal. He quickly did a patch job to reconnect them and my car was drivable (at least for the time being).
