I got ahold of Mr Fesler and was assured he would put my yard back to my satisfaction. he has never called written or contacted me in anyway. I have been contacting the city of Anderson of the problem. Finally, today I come home to a mess of straw in my side yard that appears to have seeds with many more tractor tracks in the part that wasn't damaged before along with large rocks all through the strawed part. I informed the city/county drainage offices. I cannot mow rocks and ruts! I am a 65 year old man that I believe am taken advantage of. By the way. The mud that has been washing through my yard all spring and has clogged an underground drain. (drainage office has no record of the drain) it's formed a sink hole in my yard. I was told I couldn't fill in the sink hole of the undocumented drain! as it carry's the water from the entire back side of the neighborhood! Yet Feslers can throw gravel mud pieces of the street in the drainage ditch that feeds it!

The next morning, the backhoe arrived, with two young gentlemen who did know exactly what they were doing. It was a major job, as the pipe was completely broken deeply under our deck, however, all is working well now, with no problems. They were very careful with our property, and even put the bird feeders back where they belonged upon completion! The gas company came, determined I had a leak, and shut off my service. There I was, with neither hot water nor stove, betwixt cold showers and cold cuts. A first-world tragedy. I'd been paying for Utility Shield coverage for years in the off-chance something went awry. After making my claim, I knew I was at the mercy of whomever they sent. Fortunately, it was Gordon Plumbing. The initial plumber who responded spent three hours in my basement. Unfortunately, he was unable to fix this issue, as various leaks surfaced. He determined all my pipes needed replacing due to the age of the home. It was a job best suited for two men, which meant it would be two more days without gas. After what seemed an eternity, a two-man team from Gordon arrived exactly on time. The plumbers were incredibly knowledgable, professional, and frankly hilarious. They replaced my gas lines in less than three hours. They also determined whoever ran my gas lines (likely many, many years before I was born), created a complicated maze of piping. This increased the chances of a leak, but Gordon fixed that with my new system. I would not hesitate to use Gordon Plumbing in another unfortunate circumstance.
