I brought in a MacBook Air that was dead. Tryston, the young man working there at the time, greeted…read moreme professionally. He said that he could look at the laptop, free of charge, and tell me what was wrong. His laptop that he needed was busy with another task, so I left it with him. A couple of days later, because of the weekend, he got back to me. Unfortunately, the logic board had died and, thanks to Apple's policy, he would have to replace it and the hard drive since they are soldered together. I decided not to repair since it would have been a total loss. There was no charge for the diagnostic, other repair places charge $40 and up just to tell you what's wrong! In the future when I need a repair, I'll certainly be returning to MTS. Great, professional customer service!

When I went shopping at other major chain bridal salons, I found all the veils (samples and non samples) to be really beaten up and poor quality. The veils here were obviously treated with much greater care, as were the other hair pieces. Also my friend got her dress and hair piece here and she's really happy with both. The wedding dresses here are sold off the rack and they're organized by size which is weird but also kinda awesome. Makes life easier i suppose.

Within an hour, he had fixed the problem (bent CPU pin), and had the computer up and running, all at a very reasonable cost. He even replaced the thermal paste for free (a painful job, considering the finickiness of my CPU cooler.) Overall, incredible customer service, at a reasonable price. I would definitely come back again.

It had been pre-covid since I'd had our area rugs cleaned, and all I could remember was that it was…read morean expensive hassle and the rugs didn't look much better. That company is now out of business, so I thought I'd try searching for someone new just to find out how much it would cost. That's how I found Blueagle. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the fee was, and then double excited that they were going to come take the rugs away! They even would take them out of the rooms if I wanted (however I opted to have my husband roll them up so I could quickly sweep and mop underneath). One of the six cleaned was the outdoor rug, and the contrast was most obvious on that: it came back looking new! The other 5 rugs cleaned look so nice and I can even feel the clean on my feet. It only took a week. Thanks Blueagle! Rugs look amazing.

I had the unpleasant experience of one of their drivers and assistant completely blocking my…read moredriveway and then yelling profanity at me and my wife in front of our children while a neighbor was moving in. I asked their driver nicely to back his truck up since we have 2 cars parked at our residence and I needed to go to work in a bit. He moved it and sat there glaring at me. I walked back inside and 5 minutes later my wife was going out with the kids to the Y and I saw on my camera he drove it forward blocking her from backing up. I came back out and the assistant mover stated "When are you leaving!?" Well for starters, that is not their problem to know what our schedules are. He then started using profanity, disregarding the fact that my children were right there. I started recording the incident on my phone and the driver told him to move the truck back forward to block my driveway. I had to call the company to get this resolved by letting them know I was going to call the HOA tow company. This is a horrible way for a neighbor to be introduced into the community as he has nothing to do with their unprofessional demeanor and disregard for using profanity in front of kids as well as disregard for neighbors property to wherever they will move your belongings. I will never use this company and warn others also not to. There are other moving companies with employees that have far more integrity than them and do not act in a reckless manner like this.
