Well when I went to go drop the truck off somebody was in front of me and he asked her, "How many miles do you expect to drive?" She replies "14 to 15 miles" I was waiting on him to say it has to be at least 20 miles that never came out of his mouth. It's ok though I will never return to this location not because of the money, but because he's simply a liar. Don't trust him. Read your contract. Make sure you take a picture of the gas mileage once you return the vehicle and before giving him the keys back. You can't miss him. Dark skinned, big ashy lips. Usually looks like he doesn't want to be there even though he signed up to do this job. Be careful at THIS specific location.

It's an AI function and has no idea what you need. 10 minutes later, you can switch to associate which will take a couple of hours to call. I will not recommend PODS to anyone. This is really a shame because the people who dropped it off, picked it up and dropped it off at my new location were absolutely amazing!

I was charged an additional month, and after a month of back and forth of emails and messages and calls with their customer service, they're only refunding me half of the extra month. I even had an agent tell me today that I did everything right, and apologized for all of the incorrect and lying information I've been given by the company, but that the case is considered closed and no supervisor will reach out to me. I urge EVERYONE to never use this company. I should be getting more in compensation for the headache and hassles they have caused.

The BIG problem was the car had 1/4 tank of gas. I was in a hurry, so when they signed off on that....that I only needed to return it with a 1/4 tank.....I was like fine...whatever. I returned it with more...about 1/3rd of a tank. AND WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA $200.00!!!! When I got home, I called them and spent well over an hour total on 3 calls. The Super who finally listened gave me back $128 of it. But my oh my that was just the beginning. I ordered a 'Rav 4 or similar'. I got a full size gas guzzler (VW Atlas) that was way to big for City driving. Since I was in a hurry, I did not notice that it was 20% covered in heavy bird droppings. Since I had a cold I did not notice that it smelled like Dope. (4 different family members noticed the smell). There were a few other nitpicks with the VW Atlas itself. (Don't buy one). But you get the picture. Epic fail by the location. Bad Customer Support to fix the main problem. Avoid Budget if you can. Avoid 1477 Main in Buffalo at all cost.

Pickup trucks are no longer available in our area so I was given a 10' box truck which is $1.09 a mile. The national call number should have known that no pickups (at $.49 ) are offered anymore in our area. The manager from the Sheridan location, called me and refunded half of my mileage costs (163 miles) for the 1-800 mistake. Thank You for that $73. refund that really wasn't your employees mistake.

I had never filled a tank before and had no idea what I was doing. Zeke was awesome, he quickly had the tank filled with no problems. Super friendly experience. They are open seven days a week, and everyone else were closed on a Sunday. Plus, most places in town will not fill personal tanks. I will be back again. You are never sure when getting service for something new if the place is going to treat you well and answer your questions. My experience was excellent.

The first trip with my things went well little confusing finding the unit at 1st but all good until having to take one thing later and had trouble getting into the unit so had to come back the next day because the woman on the phone couldn't help me with it. The next day with trouble getting help on a Monday morning for one item but was done less than half hour over my time but let me slide because had proof about the night before. The units itself are very clean so is the whole building. The rep was super nice and friendly. Asked about our flight and demonstrated an interest in helping us get on our way. The hick up was a not having the type of car that I reserved - we wanted a luxury sedan but she offered a small lux SUV. The contracting was super quick and we were off to our adventure within a few minutes. Way to go National thank you.
