WOW what a shady company.... Beware and watch them while they do the service to make sure they don't make extra copies of your car key!!!! He made an extra copy of my car key that I didn't authorize or ask for, tried to imply that I should pay him more for it saying "do you know how much an extra key costs?" then when I said "I don't need that and I didn't ask for that" he took the key with him so now some weirdo has an extra copy of my keys and can steal my car!!!! What does he need to take the key for? It's already custom cut, he can't use it again, he either took it to be spiteful or he took it with bad intentions because he wants a copy of my keys! I feel so unsafe knowing he has an extra copy of my key. Also, three days later my electronic key DOESNT WORK, it does not lock or open the trunk anymore!!! So I paid $200 to program a new key for nothing. I took it somewhere else and they fixed it in 10 minutes and said he is a scammer. I could tell from his energy not to trust him. VERY RUDE AND SHADY. Plus his name is Fredy not David, I will have my lawyer follow up on this to see if this Fredy individual is licensed and operating legally. I reached out to him to fix the situation with the non functioning key and he said he doesn't provide a warranty for his work so if the key doesn't work you are just out of money. So anyone hiring him should be aware of that and make sure to test the key and watch him so he doesn't make extra keys. Freddy came a day early and made my FOB for the 2002 Mercedes ML55 AMG, which is a key no longer supported by the dealer. He used an OEM key which he said he has to buy in lots of 20 for an expensive price. These guys were efficient and gave my the best price compared too ALL competitors. It cost $100 lower than the stadard price quoted by the competiton who used aftermarket keys. I am very pleased. It took only 10 minutes to replace the missing key for my 2004 Ford F-150. And the price was very reasonable. The quote I got from the AAA referred locksmith would have been over $100 more. If you have a AAA membership you can still get reimbursed partially for the cost of replacing even if the locksmith is not referred by AAA. You just have to call AAA afterward and get a form that you mail or fax for the partial reimbursement. read more

Excellent service, efficient, professional Highly recommended friends, I left with a big smile and the only reason I didn't hug Fredy is because the social distancing. This is my experience, maybe helps: The remote control for 2006 Mercedes Benz was malfunctioning, doors locks worked randomly about 5% of the time BUT no issues on turning car on and driving it, so before going to MB dealer I wanted to try an auto locksmith to get a diagnose and find out what was the problem, is it the remote itself? Is it the receiver? It is something else? so I called and talked to Fredy, he said he can do a check up, perfect. He arrived with his white van, a clean vehicle full of tools and working station inside, in a flash he was testing with his equipment, he tried this, he tried that and bam! He got it, the code programmed in the key was correct so the car turns and drives normally but the signal to the door lock/alarm was not transmitting. The options at this point are either to use my manual physical key to unlock and lock doors every single time, very inconvenient and also means no active alarm, so, not good or Fredy could make a new key right there on the spot. Once the estimate is completed Fredy will tell you the cost beforehand and you can decide. Accepts credit cards and Venmo. I took the new key option and I kept my old key as an emergency replacement.
