He is able to navigate you through any difficult driving situations, while using it as a learning experience. Her patience and calm demeanour not only helped me learn how to drive in California and pass the test, but also how to manage my anxiety in taking the test and on the road, so much so that I almost regret passing cause now our driving lessons are in the past. I took about 6-8 lessons over 4-6 months and used their vehicle for the driving test. I would recommend taking 2-4 lessons and then consulting with your driving instructor about how many more you may need, as it depends on each person. Book lessons far in advance cause they're popular! And space out as needed to afford them financially, and if possible, practice with a personal vehicle in between lessons.

He basically had her drive around for each session but did not actually try to teach her any skills that would help her become a competent driver and pass the driver's test. He even gave her wrong information and said she should not use hand over hand when turning the steering wheel during a turn. How do we know he didn't teach her anything? We took her out driving after she finished her 6 hours of training. We asked her questions about 'SMOG' (signal, mirror, over the shoulder, go) and other basic things about steering, braking, etc and nothing was reviewed. Very disappointed as we are paying for this service for them to teach my child skills to pass her test.

S pass driving school was recommended to me by a family friend, but after my negative experience with the previous driving school I was wary. My first contact with S Pass Driving School was positive as the receptionist was so nice and accommodating. I had to make a schedule change last minute and she was able to squeeze me in. I first met David who was very thorough and easy to make conversation with. My remaining lessons were Angie and she was extremely thorough. We would go over the same intersections until I felt completely ready. I gained so much confidence with them, and we went over ALL the test points (even scanning intersections before entering them which i had no idea about!). I really didn't think I'd ever pass after taking so many lessons and feeling defeated. My 3 lessons with S Pass driving school fueled my confidence, I'm now licensed thanks to them!! I was very unfamiliar with the El Monte area (where I took my test), but I was able to pass with 3 lessons and no additional practice in the area because of how observant they are during the lessons. They are extremely thorough and their business is so organized compared to others I've encountered. The entire team is so nice and friendly.
