Absolutely hated this school, the teacher was rude and absolutely unprofessional. I don't remember his name maybe Nathan or something like that a skinny fellow at the time Asian with glasses when I was learning to drive about 4 years ago would use a pointer (a toy finger) and would smack me on the hand when I'd mess up. (Which was often but I was a beginner) I still remember to this day and it bothers me immensely. I realized how unfairly he was treating me when another girl around my age came in to learn as well and he stopped his usual teaching method (the smacking) because I know he liked her. Instantly his mood was day and night. It happened SO often that one day I just told him to stop teaching me by yelling at him and telling him to let me do things on my own for the rest of the fucking class. He had the nerve to sit there and laugh btw but I was already pretty good. (Fuck you actually you know who you are.) His brother however incredibly skilled at teaching and was very kind. Avoid this school at all costs if you have the Asian guy, who's like 5'4, skinny, plain clothes, with the glasses the money I spent here I HORRIBLY regret. Not to mention my very first driving class he just took me on the freeway no communication or anything just "GO HEREE" It's been 5 years never gotten a ticket because after about 6 classes I quit and self taught. Don't waste your time and money here. The owner assigns random coach every teaching lesson. So no one knows your progress. If you already can drive, the coach could on his phone 50% of the time. They take you to El Monte DMV to fail you. They know that DMV will fail 70% daily. They don't care, they will gain more $$$ for the re-practice lesson n retest. Ending up switched to a different coach he took us to Glendale, passed with -5 points only. read more

Professional driving school for teenagers. My son took the package of 6 hours of behind the wheels training plus reservation to use their car during the driving test. He was able to pass in one try! The teacher(Michael) is very professional in teaching. And he even help us to reserve the test at dmv, pick up an hour earlier at the test day, one extra hour of practice, testing using their car and drop back home! It's so convenient. And all their cars are Toyota Prius, a nice size car for the first timer. Would recommend it to all my friends. read more

These guys should not be instructors. Heading east bound on Lower Azusa. Changed to the left lane. Then changed back to the right lane and parked in the red. This driving school is very reasonably priced for the service they offer. My teen paid for the package with 6 hours of driving lessons and 1 DMV driving test included. They first begin their lesson making sure your teen knows the rules to the road. They will take the student driver to their office and go over all the rules, making sure the student knows them before going behind the wheel. This is very important as many students may not know the rules even though they have passed the written exam. This is a good refresher for the ones that know that rules. They will come to your house to pick up and drop off, very convenient. They took my teen onto the freeways and local streets, giving them the necessary skills to drive. One of their lessons was in the rain, so I think that's a good experience. The lessons were spaced out within 1 month and not all grouped together. I used the extra time to practice privately with my teen driver, using the skills the instructors taught her. After the lessons were complete, my teen went to take the test and passed the first try!! Everything was good except the reaction speed being too slow, that was the main points deduction. But I think that problem can be addressed with additional practice. But overall the school is very good and taught my teen the proper techniques to drive correctly and pass the DMV test. read more

In addition, he yelled the whole time and insulted me for not knowing certain driving rules even though it was my first time driving. ****READ THIS**** for years I did not want to drive because I am super paranoid and anxious. After calling many driving schools I decide to go with them because they are honestly the most AFFORDABLE. My instructors were Michael and John I felt SAFE the entire time and i felt like they both knew exactly what they are doing. I took 4 lessons before my driving test and i PASSED on my FIRST TRY. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to learn how to drive or like me is afraid to drive. Michael was my first teacher and he took me on the freeway on the second lesson, though I was scared it was an exhilarating experience and helped me be more confident in my driving. In the end, John became my instructor when he came back from his break and was an amazing instructor! He is very informative and answers all the questions you ask. Plus he is amazing at giving positive reinforcements while you drive; which made me feel more confident with my skill. On the day of my driving test, they drove some of the routes they take during the test and make sure to talk about some choking points most students make. Been a while since I've gotten my license but did a couple of classes to learn how to drive. While each teacher is different in their styles of learning, I was able to get rid of my fear of driving thankfully. Only issue I had was the aftermath, they usually have you drive up to their next student to save time and have that student drive you back home. Lessons were fine per my kids report. Only problem I have is that they have other student drivers driving my kid home on the freeway after the lesson is over. My kid said they were scared for their life. I don't agree with this practice to save time on their end. These are student drivers without licenses driving at high speeds. Michael was my daughter's instructor for her first two lessons, took her on the freeway and gave her great confidence on the road. My daughter described him as caring without the nagging of a parent! He really made the point to make sure she remembers the safety aspect of driving. Her third and last lesson in the evening was with John, who is an equally super instructor - encouraging, and built her self confidence with emphasis on safety. Worst driving school I've ever experienced. The instructor Michael pays for good reviews and is extremely rude to his students. Despite me acting friendly and polite towards him, he constantly berated me throughout the lesson and even wasted 30 min going to a classroom where he didn't allow me to just take a pic of what he was writing and forced me to hand write everything, wasting even more time. In addition, his office and car is extremely dirty and he seems to not care about Covid safety procedures. Please do not give money to this driving school. YES! 10/10 Michael and John are excellent instructors. Michael is strict and gives constructive criticism. He taught me the basics of speed limits, lane changes, turns, and the pre-test checklist. The third lesson I had was with John and he is like a friend in the car. I'm not very talkative so he usually starts the conversation and he makes you feel comfortable. Going here will not benefit you at all. None of the instructors taught me how to check my mirrors or anything.. I drove on the freeway without any experience and that was frightening, but I got off quickly as there was a lot of traffic. The most I learned here was doing turns. I hate the way their lessons are planned out. I always take another student driver home, and then drive, take a break, and the drive back home. That was literally my lessons. It wasted my time and I would have felt more comfortable if half of my lessons didn't involve another student in the car when I was learning to drive. But they get credit for having friendly instructors, cheaper prices than other schools, and I passed my test the first time. However.. I passed because I practiced with my family..
