This made no sense: the car is parked daily in our garage with zero oil spots, and two separate mechanics--one who did the brakes yesterday and Discount Tire right before this visit--both confirmed there were no leaks. To make matters worse, they quoted a non-OEM replacement cap at a 500% markup over retail. Whether the damage occurred while in their care or not, it strongly feels like they use steep parts markups to recover the cost of cheap promotional oil changes. The entire experience felt dishonest. While no business should operate like this, it is even more concerning doing so while bearing "Christian" in its name. I will not be returning.

The team was fast, professional, and very easy to work with. While I was waiting, I remembered a strange noise my car had been making and asked them to take a quick look. They found that a bar running along one of the axles had come out of place. Without hesitation, they took it apart, fixed the issue, and had everything back together in about 15 minutes. Just so you know, if you go to a dealership, you will incur a diagnostic fee. The inspection was completed in less than 20 minutes. Since the car was warm, be prepared to wait a little longer before they can begin working on the vehicle. I talked with nearly all the staff here: Chad, Justin, Mike, & Vicky and they all indicated that the problem was with the turbo. - My experience with my third-party warranty that I got when I exceeded the factory warranty was utterly disappointing.
