I then spoke with them about how my clients are a part of the LGBTQ+ community and if they would be comfortable with that. The owner was extremely kind and was overjoyed to work my clients. My client picked up her suit yesterday and they did a fantastic job! They were swift, accurate, and professional. She felt comfortable being there. I'll definitely be sending future clients there! And in response to the previous yelp review on here: As a tailor myself, it's completely normal for a tailor to ask for a deposit if not payment in full. This is because way too many clients abandon their clothing (either forgetting about it or deciding it's not worth paying to pick them up) after work has been done. I have a whole rack of clothing to show that. It's pretty low to give a small business a 1 star review because of a standard practice you're ignorant of. She asked when I would need it by, and--okay, I recognize that I was asking too much by needing it in less than a week, but it's something relatively simple that I was considering doing myself (which I will clearly be doing now) and she didn't even let me get out an apology before hanging up. My dresses were both done before the expected date which was also super awesome! The staff here are so nice and helpful. They explain everything regarding any alteration you may be getting, and make sure that their work is accurate before proceeding further. If you have any questions regarding an alteration you are getting done, they are very knowledgeable and always give you other options based on your alteration needs. I will definitely go here for future alterations. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is fantastic! Just a note though, it's cash or check for payment, and if you are going to pay with a check, make sure you have two forms of ID!

Worst experience ever! We paid almost $1,300 for the valances (pictured here). We obviously can't…read moreuse them as they are hideous and have exposed staples, are crooked, dip in the middle and are rippled. Stephen was late in getting the valances done and asked for another day because he was having "an issue" and had to "fix it". We were disappointed when we picked them up. He offered no refunds and said we asked for crooked curtains with staples and said we AGREED TO PAY EVEN IF THEY DIDN'T TURN OUT. Who would agree to that? Nobody!
