(by his staff, not him) Would you like to wait in an office for over an hour, then in a small exam room for another hour, and not get an explanation or an apology? Would you like a eye exam that takes all of 5 minutes, and not a single one of your questions be answered? Would you enjoy getting a prescription that seems slightly off, but that no one will listen to you about? Would you like the subsequent headaches from such a prescription? Would you like to be prescribed with new lenses, to have them be so different from all your old ones that they never seem to fit, and be told you have no options- but to buy large quantities and just try each pair out... forking out about 50-100 every time (they don't do samples)? Would you subject yourself to being yelled at by the office staff- Ann- and be told you had no common sense- in front of your child? Would you prefer to not see the doctor for any of your questions to be answered, but only have to have non-answers from the horribly unfriendly and unhelpful office staff? Would you like to play an eternal guessing game for this Doctors hours, calling numerous times to only get through to the answering service? Then I think Dr Boozan and his practice are PERFECT for you! The only thing I can say that was good about this doctor, was that he called me back twice last year when I was having problems. So that's nice, he did call me back. However, with everything else, I would strongly recommend that unless you could honestly answer any of the questions above with a 'yes' , then you should not go to him. I have never in my life been treated so poorly.

I had a complex situation with my vision, and both their expertise and patience were remarkable. I spent over an hour with the doctors on multiple occasions, and never felt rushed. They were fully focused on helping me to address my vision issue. Both doctors have great "bedside" manners, askign clarifying questions and explaining their procedures. My appointment today with Dr. Bargoud, very late in the afternoon, went well beyond an hour, yet he continually focused on solutions to my challenges. I'm grateful that we have such a fine practice here in New Providence.
