My girlfriend comes here regularly to get her car cleaned, and since I hadn't had mine…read moreprofessionally cleaned in a couple of years, I was actually really excited to try it out. First thing to note--this place is easy to miss. I embarrassingly drove right past the entrance the first time because it's a pretty small opening and hard to spot if you're going even a little fast. Had to loop around the block and try again. Also, there's only space for about two cars to queue before you're basically spilling into the street. My girlfriend and I parked one behind the other, and honestly, another car behind us would've been halfway in the road. There is street parking nearby though if their little alcove is full. When we pulled in, there was a ton of activity--cars constantly moving through, getting cleaned, etc.--so it's clearly a popular spot. My girlfriend mentioned there have been times she's come and had to leave because the line was backed up into the street, so I think we got pretty lucky timing-wise. Price-wise, I think it's solid. For an exterior wash + interior clean, it felt reasonable. Since we came together, I think they held our cars to finish around the same time, so it ended up taking about 1-1.5 hours. Honestly not bad, especially since there are a bunch of cafes and restaurants within walking distance if you want to kill time. They also have a really nice waiting area--I even saw someone working on their laptop, so I'm guessing they might have Wi-Fi too. Now... my one big issue. They threw away my parking sticker. You know those apartment gate stickers that automatically open the gate? I had mine on my dashboard (still on the original backing because I sometimes lend it to friends who watch my cats). I get that it might not have been in the usual spot, but it very clearly wasn't trash. What made it more confusing is that they didn't even fully clear out small trash in my car--there were still a couple random paper/sticker backing pieces left behind, so it's not like they were just tossing everything indiscriminately. Also, for context--my car was clean going in. I don't keep stuff in my car beyond a reusable grocery bag or my tennis bag sometimes, and this was one of the rare times I even had a little bit of trash. So I don't think this was a situation where my car was cluttered and something got accidentally swept up in a bigger cleanup. That part was honestly frustrating. Overall, I would come back because they did a good job cleaning the car and the price is fair--but I'd definitely make sure to remove anything remotely important beforehand so there's no confusion next time.

I decided to go to this one last week because it was open until 8 pm and I needed to get my car washed before picking up a friend from the airport. He yelled at me "you don't look handicap, bitch!" And some other nasty words. It was so destabilizing and distracting I lost a few minutes and ended up moving spots because of him. When I went to clean the back seats they turned off the machines halfway through. I couldn't even finish cleaning my car and had been there before closing time. They turned everything off right at 8 even in the middle of my cleaning! There are no signs that say they will do this anywhere. I'm annoyed to say the least and will never take my car back here.

I've gone to other car washes nearby like Genie and FastXPress -- in fact, I used to have a Genie membership but cancelled it, so I was trying Go Green Express for the first time as an alternative. But I wish I discovered Go Green earlier because none of the others showed the level of service I found at Go Green! I took my car in for a wash because it got totally covered in tree sap, so bad that you can feel the doors stick when opening and closing. Unfortunately because the tree sap was so thick, it did not come off with one wash. I spent a long time scrubbing the sap afterwards in the lot afterwards. The attendee Fabian noticed and was extremely helpful by giving me a spare spray bottle of Windex and extra wet towels to help scrub the sap off, and even offered to let me run my car through a basic wash one more time. After a lot of elbow grease and one more run through the wash, my car is finally free of the tree sap. Thanks to the attendees, this frustrating errand became much more bearable and ultimately saved me time + money. I'll definitely be returning to this car wash in the future.

It reminded me that kindness doesn't have to be grand to make a difference. A smile, a little patience, and a few encouraging words can mean everything to someone who's struggling. The world needs more people like Isaac and Maria--people who perform random acts of kindness simply because they care. Thank you both for making my day a little brighter. I won't forget it.

The issue is the pace of work at this car wash. Drying and cleaning a car should not take 40 min. That's just crazy. Yet that's the time it took for my 2024 Ford Mustang. Almost an hour. Plus the car sat in the sun after it came out of the wash tunnel. So it had spots and streaks. They use chamois to wipe it down. But you can still see them. Not ok for the price I paid. They have a sign up when you are arrive that they are short staffed and there is a wait. Maybe they should pay better so that employees want to work here and not quit because of the low pay. There is no call button or phone number on the wall, and they have very few to no staff members helping customers. Mind you this is at 2:00pm, not in the middle of the night. We finally flag someone down, and they come check out the issue. I explain that nothing is coming out of the nozzle. He says "okay", and walks away. Is he coming back? Is he fixing the problem? I wouldn't know because I never saw him again after that. 10 minutes later we try calling the phone number listed on google, and let someone know that we need assistance. At this point the speed and quality of service is pretty frustrating, but it's a self carwash. If they can resolve the issue, I can hold my tongue and get to washing my car. Someone, we'll call them guy 2, eventually comes out, and asks what's wrong. I explain to them that the pre-soak nozzle wasn't working, and the machine ate $5. He comes back with tokens and sets the notch to "high pressure rinse". It works, but I explain that's not the mode I was asking about. He explains that different modes use different nozzles. He shows me which nozzle the pre-soak uses. It's the one I used before, but this time it works. My assumption is that the first guy went to fix the problem, but gave no follow up or reason for me to put more money into the machine. Guy 2 then starts explaining what each mode does, which I already know. It's also written on the wall. He starts spraying my car with a bunch of different stuff, some of which I don't want on my car. He also completely disregards where I'm standing, and sprays repeatedly with presoak, foam, wax, soap, and water. He also completely ignores the fact that part of the top of my car is missing, and I came to a self-wash to avoid water from seeping into my trunk. Nothing much else left to say. Seems fine if you encounter no issue. Price is reasonable. If you ever need or value customer service, there are cheaper places with better service.
