This facility is great! I love the variety in the different areas for ball play (basketball, volleyball, walleyball, and racketball courts) , the track upstairs for running or walking, the different exercise rooms, the outdoor Olympic size pool, and the variety of nights you can come play Volleyball at Open Gym lead by Casio. (There's a price for Open gym since it's open to the public...even JCC members will need to pay the fee) The bathrooms at this facility are also nice with the lockers and showers. There's a whole wing in the building dedicated to Jewish history which is also super cool. read more

We went here for a volleyball tourney. It wa clean and following the Covid 19 protocols. There is hand sanitizer in many places. I was comfortable being a spectator in the gym with my mask on though I did have to remind a parent to put the mask over his nose!). The security is good as well so that when you come in they give you a parking pass so that is you go out again you Don't have to always say and stop for the guard again. It is easy to find which is great as well! read more

Both of my kids attended camp here this summer for the first time. They absolutely loved it. The staff in the preschool and upper camp were wonderful. The kids had an amazing time and came home exhausted everyday. I highly recommend camp kadima! read more

Phenomenal infant/toddler program!!!! The directors and teachers are loving and professional. Our son loves going to the DPJCC. His teachers ensure that he is safe, loved, and stimulated throughout the day. The campus is very safe with armed guards. Daily schedules are planned around the children's ages and needs. The teachers are very understanding and flexible. They even take time from their busy schedule to keep in touch with us and share photos of our son. We are extremely happy with the care that our son received at the DPJCC early childhood center. read more

Concerts, unique movies offered at JCC are generally unavailable elsewhere in South Florida. Thus, it's necessary to overlook the occasional inefficiency of the otherwise friendly staff: ```Tickets (purchased online) not available at will call; upon producing receipt on my phone, a staff member cheerfully and apologetically handed me my tickets. ```Ushers not coordinated in advance: When to open the doors to the auditorium? Which doors will be opened? Chaotic. Not stadium seating. Arrive early for good seats. Be aware that generous patrons may have reserved seats in the first 4 rows for concerts only. Snacks only $1 each. Ample free parking in private lot. read more

The JCC offers a great workout facility with state of the art equipment and there is a child care room with friendly and warm staff to watch our two sons. The facility is always clean and we have never had a problem finding an open machine or weights to use. After using the treadmill or bike, I particularly like to use the pool if the weather is nice out or use the sauna and steam room. While we don't often eat there as we are usually in and out after a workout, there is a vendor there with fresh made to order sandwiches and homemade cookies too that make a nice treat and also keep the kids happy. It is all well worth the membership price! read more

I have been a member of the JCC since 1995. I have found that it is indeed a great place to meet and make new friends. Those who are new to the area will find the JCC just as useful. They have everything from a pre-school and after school program to a fitness center, pool, and tennis courts. You can literally spend an entire day there if you have the time. It is a bit pricey and they have not upgraded much there except for the gym since 1995, but if you are looking for a family atmosphere type of place where you don't have to worry about your kids getting into trouble this is it. read more

The David Posnack Jewish Community Center is a great bargain for all the services you get. The Community Center offers a gym, indoor track and a pool. The best part about the community center is the staff; they are extra polite and extremely helpful. The atmosphere is great, and that's the main reason I will keep coming back. The community center also gives out discounts to students and is military friendly. The Community Center is far better than going to a L.A. Fitness or some other chain gym establishment. read more

There is something for everybody at the JCC! It is a beautiful and welcoming place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable!! It has a newly renovated gym, 2 basketball courts, Indoor track, Large swimming pool, TRX & Spin classroom, and racquetball courts. My son attended the J preschool from 8 months old through pre-K. The facilities & staff were top-notch all the way -- not to mention the unparalleled facilities (multiple pools, tennis courts, batting cages, state-of-the-art gym, playing fields, and on and on) -- and my son entered Kindergarten last year well ahead of most of his classmates, particularly when it comes to literacy. Through the years I've attended and helped to organize a number of cultural and charitable events at the J. I've sat on the board for a few years now, glad to volunteer my time to do what I can to ensure that the J not only maintains but improves upon its proud tradition of service to the community. Many people drive by the J not realizing the vast resources hidden behind the gates. Don't make the same mistake! read more

The JCC has programs and facilities for the entire family. The gym has newer machines and a comprehensive set of free weights and benches. The preschool and camp are great and my children love them. We also enjoy the Jewish and Israeli holiday celebrations. read more

Unfortunately, I too have witnessed discrimination at this community center. It is disheartening since they advocate that they are open to the community but blatantly give certain races a hard time before entering. I have even overheard the security woman, who was usually at the gate say that people need to just 'deal with it' when it comes to the screening of non-whites at the gate. I'll be finding a new place to workout. read more

Such a fabulous children's program! Both of my children attend the after care and camp here and it has been wonderful. We have previously been with other after care groups and have had issues with the activities, homework help and behavioral issues. Here at JCC we have had none of those problems. The kids are always busy with activities, usually come home with homework completed (correctly) and most days are mad because I am there to pick up so early (5 or 530 pm ! ) They are a bit higher cost than other aftercare programs and weekly camps are pricey but the care they receive is great! Staff is wonderful, always friendly and helpful. I would recommend JCC to anyone and have many times! read more

The gym, pool and locker rooms are spotless, the personal trainers and all staff are very helpful, and don't pressure members to do more than they can do. I'm at the gym 2-3 times/week, trying to lose weight very comfortable atmosphere. read more
