The group that runs the games is made up of PE and elementary school teachers so you know they have had full background checks and are skilled at working with children. In addition to putting on events they also provide pe The program they put on feels like your physical education class but more fun. There are games set up and small groups rotate among them. Each game is from a different country and has a teacher to ensure that everyone is safe while having a great time. One game they brought was Korfball from Europe. It looks like basketball but you play it on scooters. Another game from Japan involved more scooters and an over sized soccer ball. Da-Ga is an African came of flag tag. My favorite was the giant parachute game from France that had kids diving under and playing on top of it. All of the games were well designed, easy to play, and most of all fun. It was great seeing kids who normally had their faces stuck to their phones playing Fortnite moving around, getting, exercise, and interacting with each other. Even the adults had a great time. I was at Alice B, Wainwright Park with my daughter and granddaughter today and ran into some of the…read moreSummer Camp children with 2 camp counselors (Van said it was your location on Brickell). As a grandmother and parent I have to express my concern and honestly outrage at the care given by the counselors, which was none!!! One counselor was busy on her phone the entire time I was there while approximately 15 children ran around the playground on their own with little to almost no supervision; the other counselor was sitting on a blanket more than 50 feet away on social media!! There were plenty of other strangers there...anything could have happened in a split second or a child could have gotten hurt. As a mater of fact, while I was at the playground with my granddaughter, a boy with special needs from your group latched on to my hand and was asking me to help him on the toddler playground. I can assure you that I will not trust any of my grandchildren to your school...the staff represents you and all they portrayed was carelessness. I have photographs of the adult caregivers (not of the children) in their very relaxed state of not caring.
