One of the tests I had, a caloric vestibular test, physically hurt so badly because of my narrow ear canals that I was crying, and the person administering it made no noticeable effort to decrease my discomfort on the next three times she put the device in my ear. I understand that the test is disorienting, that is the point of it, but I can't imagine the patient is supposed to be crying in physical pain during it. I have no idea what the results of my tests are, because when I found out they wanted to charge me to find the results of the test. They said they'd email me the results, but they never did. My intake was also done Wall-E style, where I sat in a chair in an empty room and they wheeled in iPad with someone offsite, which was a surreal and impersonal experience. The front desk staff were unfriendly about scheduling, rude about me not being available at appointment times that worked for them. The medical staff felt pretty dismissive. If I need to see an ENT again, I will be avoiding this chain.

He mentioned I have a deviated septum but offered no solution. Saw me for maybe 7 minutes in total while the staff in the main lobby were preoccupied and rude as can be. Since then I've had the same issues with my breathing and throat pain. I could have easily just asked Google ai for better solutions than this supposed specialist. I asked him if it's a possible symptom of long COVID since I got it bad in the summer and my condition has since worsened and he had no response, no explanation, just a quick let me take this guys money and get him out of here as soon as possible scenario. Now I'm home once again with the same aggressive throat pains and I don't know if I trust any of these physicians to properly diagnose me. "Your throat is red". You don't say! I could have come to that realization on my own, give me a solution, tell me how to mitigate it, offer me options on deviated septum care/repair/surgery. Nope, none of that. Deserved 1 star. The quality of physicians has severely been degrading year over year.

This review for Dr. Battaglia is long overdue…read more Dr. Battaglia was referred to me after I consulted another doctor (for something else entirely). My first appointment, I think it took me like... 2 to 3 months before I actually got to see Dr. Battaglia (found out why later). I figured it maybe worth it as my problem has been with me most of my life and I kind of refuse to be a mouth breather any further. When my appointment finally came, my first meeting was with his assistant (sorry I forgot your name) but I got to describe my problem and basically it has been a life long problem of mine. After listening for a bit, she proceeded to basically numb my nose so he can be seen with a small little camera. That is already far better than what my other ENT doctor has done by the way. While the little camera was snaking its way up both of my nostrils, I realized quickly that, I don't think it should be... FEELING it snake like that. When that was done, the assistant (not PA, actual assistant) showed me the video and I saw the problem with my own eyes. Can't really breathe normally when your nasal passage is touching (turbinate's) and other areas were so narrow it was not ideal. I was told to wait a little bit before Dr. Battaglia came, and when he did come in. We exchanged greetings, I did my best to explain things again but he took a look himself, even though the video was there. He said some medical terms that went completely over my head but I already know the gist of the problem I been having (since i just saw it). I know my parents, both have an issue similar to this (not sure how bad) but it was clear to me, at least for my case, it is a genetic problem. Was then given two options, keep doing what I been doing with over-the-counter medication (which was doing barely anything) or have surgery to correct my issue. Septoplasty and turbinate reduction. I agreed to the surgery on the spot, despite not knowing the risks or cost involved because I am way over dealing with not being able to breathe through my nose. Had one pre-op appointment (back in late December, 2025) which was brief. Dr. Battaglia said the operation is pretty straight forward (as he has done this plenty of times I'm sure). There is reason why he takes so long to visit because half of the week, he is doing surgery. Currently three and a half months post-surgery (end of January, 2026. Review for that is posted) and so far, I cannot be happier considering I been able to breathe like a normal person for once. First week was definitely a bit of a pain. Just what I been experiencing most of my like times two. It was that annoying but so far, it has been worth it. I am glad I went through with it. My other ENT doctor was no where as descriptive or helpful. Taking constant over the counter medication for obstruction in your nose is not a solution. Having a video to see for certain the problems I been dealing with all my life is a good way to tell me that what my other ENT doctor suggested was never going to work as my issue goes far deeper. Now, the surgery doesn't resolve my allergy problem but that's another story. If you ever need any advice, having actual proof shown to you by the doctor is always the best. So you can make your own decision.

I delighted to share that my entire experience with the members of the facility was excellent. After I scheduled my appointment I immediately received a confirmation. Ongoing communication was provided up to the day of the appointment. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was met with a big smile and a warm welcome greeting by a receptionist. To my surprise and pleasure, the waiting room was not crowded. It was obvious that scheduled appointment times were respected. My wait time was short and I was quickly escorted to a room. The medical assistants greeted me warmly, and prepared the session for the doctor. I met with Dr. Jordan Sukys. He put me at ease from the time he entered the room, and provided stellar patient service through out the appointment. He reviewed my information, not only engaged me in communication but actually listened to me. He conducted a thorough evaluation, clearly shared the results, answered all my questions and identified a plan of action. Dr. Sukys really cares about his patients well being, which was reflected in the direction of the plan he set for me which includes further investigation of my issues. None of that, common day, nice to meet you, time for surgery stuff. I am grateful that I was referred to this facility and have Dr. Sukys as my doctor. I look forward to future appointments. I am confident that I will receive some answers and appropriate medical assistance in addressing my issues. I must also acknowledge the medical assistants who supported Dr. Sukys during the medical evaluation. Their caring bed side manner was appreciated. Kudos to Dr. Sukys, his assistive team, and the front desk service team for making my first appointment with the facility a positive one.

She is a very unethical doctor that is only concerned about how much money she can make and my…read moreexperience has proven that. I have TMJ and this year had gone through 3 root canals because of cracked teeth due to the TMJ. I had exhausted all other normal course of action to remedy and relieve the TMJ but nothing was working and was spending a lot of money on my dental work. My dentist introduced me to the option of Botox (pricey and not covered) and it had helped a lot. I reached out to my medical insurance to see if this could be a covered treatment for my TMJ as it would be needed every 3 month in my jaw and they said yes with a prior authorization and if a medical doctor administered it. I was thrilled because all the other medications and dental appliances I had tried had failed and the Botox provided relief to my painful jaw and I had hope it would prevent further cracking of anymore more teeth and I wouldn't have to shell out $1,000+ every 3 months since it was not cosmetic related. I had reached out to some in network dermatologist and quickly found out that doctors did not want to help me or provide that service as in network or help me submit the PA which I now know is because they want people to pay the full cost of the Botox even if for medical reasons. Then I found Doctor Austin and she said she would help me but I needed to submit it on my own but would give me the codes and information I needed but due to the extensive extra work on their end I would need to do it which was totally fine. She and was in network but I was grateful, I told her my troubles in finding an in network doctor willing to help me. We agreed that I would pay cash up front and I would submit my bill to my insurance because she was weary my insurance would not reimburse her but with my PA approved I was not worried. My insurance company informed me it was odd that she did not bill them for the service directly since the PA was approved but either way the Botox for my jaw was fully approved and she had a contracted rate per unit with my insurance. Before paying, the Doctor mentioned to me that she had many patients come in with PA and were not successful in getting reimbursed which I thought was an odd comment to make since I had all the proper documents and asked if I would send her a copy of the PA. I paid $1,125 for 80 units so $14 a unit on a credit card and was not charged a 3% processing fee. She sent me a super bill and worked with me a few times on the revision that my insurance needed so she knew I was billing my insurance. My insurance also had been sending her copies of everything (again they were treating her like a regular in network provider despite me paying cash upfront like an out of network provider) A few months later after I get the EOB from my insurance company which stated they would be reimbursing me $404.48, my portion that I owed was $101.12 but then it stated amount saved for using an in network provider was $619.40. I called my insurance to ask what that amount was and was told that amount is owed to me from the Doctor since she is in network, that is the contracted rate she agreed to for the service she gave you and they advised me to contact her for a refund. I was thrilled as I was going to save even more after spending thousands on my teeth and even more on prior Botox at dental offices and now this will be covered under my insurance plan, this is when things got ugly. After leaving a voicemail at the main doctor's office I get a call from the Doctors billing department from a woman who is irate (gave no name). She told me the following: the Doctor is terminating our patient/doctor relationship due to my insurance low bill rates, the Doctor had no idea I was going to bill my insurance, the doctor should have made me sign something prohibiting me from going to my insurance, now that I have gone to my insurance the doctor is taking a loss on this service. I assume most in network patients who the doctor has helped with PA previously probably get the check from their insurance providers thinking that is all they are owed and never go back to Dr Austin for the remaining balance and I was the first one to do it and she was upset that I did (again I assume because my experience with in network doctors is they were unwilling to help me with medical Botox). Unfortunately, I did not receive cosmetic Botox and the Doctor is an in-network provider and is obligated to bill rates assigned by the insurance company and in return she gets patient referrals. She then goes to process a refund to my method of payment on my credit card that I paid off 3 months ago for $600.82 with a receipt she charged me showing a 3% credit card processing of $18.50! She never charged me that when I paid for the services the first time and nothing in my patient paperwork stated paying with a credit card comes with a fee. It was very petty and felt almost personal.
