My 38 year old daughter is battling cancer and lost her hair. Her doctors are at UPenn in Philadelphia and on their website we found Gini G's. Big mistake. We had a family wedding so we were pressured to buy a wig. We picked one out which cost $3,600. She just plopped on her head and told us to come back before the wedding to have it styled. A few days before the wedding, we returned for styling. We told her that the wig was very puffy near the hairline. She wet it and showed us it was flat. Looked at us like we were nuts! Then styled. My daughter brought wig to the hotel before wedding. When she removed from cover and put on, it was a flop. No curls. Hair is a mess. Gini also told us we could only color it darker not lighter. If it's real hair, that doesn't make sense. We have since brought to a wig specialist. They said we were very much overcharged. Gini is very cold and is not sympathetic to cancer patients. As…read morethe 1st appt of the day I came 5 minutes early and when I arrived the salon was empty, except for a young lady who seated me. I sat for approximately 15 mins when she returned to tell me my stylist was running late & would be in soon.When the stylist came in, she apologized. She was rather abrupt & seemed impatient. As I was communicating, I felt like I was imposing. Since she had never done my hair before, I explained my preferences & showed her a photo from her work. After the highlight foils were removed, her assistant shampooed my hair & said she was putting on a "Color Blend", I asked her about it and she said she'd get my stylist. The stylist stomped in and just stood there. (I had wanted to know if it was the same as a 'glaze' & to ask if I needed that.) Then she said sternly "I require all my services to have it, it's mandatory." (At that point I had taken out my phone & seen that my streaks were pure white) so I said "OK I see it needs it." She did an about-face and stomped off. The entire appointment went on like this. Stomping up, stomping away. She asked if I wanted bangs and I told her they often don't lay straight. I said "What do you think?" and she answered me with the scissors and cut bangs. If she didn't want to do my hair she could have cancelled, she could have said I'm sorry I'm not feeling well, anything. I wouldn't have know the difference & she would have saved both of us from a miserable two hours & saved me $355.00 & my hair. Why didn't I say anything? She unsnapped that cape so fast, I got the message, & she was right on time for her 11:00 appt. My hair color? The cut? Well let's just say no one is going to ask me who did my hair & she didn't take a photo. I'm not naming her because I don't wish to impact someone's livelihood. Had she been civil, the poor outcome may have been somewhat easier to take. It will take time for my hair to recover, it was just a very strange, unpleasant experience. Who makes an appointment for that?? On the positive side the salon was immaculate & the assistant & the young lady who checked me out when I left were as nice as could be! Lyz, the bridal coordinator, was incredibly responsive and organized throughout the whole process, and she also did my makeup on the wedding day. She made me feel so beautiful while still looking like myself, which was exactly what I wanted. Zanya did my hair trial, but due to a personal emergency the night before my wedding, the team had to pivot and someone else stepped in to do my hair. Even with the last-minute change, it turned out great, and I really appreciated how smoothly they handled everything. My girls looked beautiful as well, and the whole team made the morning feel calm and taken care of. I'm so happy I trusted Zanya and her team for my wedding day!

My daughter had the Queen treatment for her prom glow up! Makeup and hair looked absolutely stunning and it genuinely didn't break my bank account. My hair is extremely long, curly/wavy and thick. My daughters both have long hair and we always leave feeling fresh, clean and beautiful.

I drove over an hour from Philly to come to their new salon and it was absolutely worth it. The new space is beautiful - clean, airy, and spacious. Cabrina and Daniella are extremely welcoming; it's almost like they're welcoming you into their home I had a little trouble with the lighting so my "after picture" doesn't do her work justice, but I'm thrilled with Cabrina's work again. I like to have very cool ashy blonde highlights with a deep root and lots of dimension. I'm also in the midst of growing out a lob (my natural texture is wavy). Cabrina did hand painted baby lights, a root smudge, and a toner. One of the things I appreciate most about the quality of their work is that it grows in so well and lasts... Cabrina did my hair about 6 months ago (you can see it in the "before" pic) and it still looked pretty good, even after so much time. I also appreciate that they're thoughtful with their products - everything is effective, but my hair is never damaged. High quality - and I'm always happy with the results.

The final color was entirely different from what was requested and when we asked for a correction we were told that there was not time but to go home and keep washing her hair - maybe try chlorine in the pool (???). Upon insisting that the color needed to be fixed (it was soooo harsh), we were then told to go home and use Dawn soap - which after spending money to go to the salon - seems quite insulting. We felt so uncomfortable with the way we were treated from when we walked in, we didn't go back for the corrective appointment. I have never been to a salon where they stylist didnt want me to walk out happy. Have reached out to management on two occasions to request a refund but no response.
