Stay away from the facility. Danielle Sypher, PA-C…read more This PA seriously needs to go back to dermatology school and start all over. Very inexperienced and clueless to skin disease. Had several visits with this PA and was able to treat accordingly due to inexperienced. Provided steroids which duh - basic 101. Was not able to dig deeper into her tool box and think outside the box. Finally was so annoyed by her nonsense and had to find a more experienced with a higher degree and experience dermo outside of this facility. DE eczema and she unable to undiagnosed because I was told she has never seen anything like this skin condition before and don't know what else to do me..really??? pathetic. Finally found a new Dermo and put on Dupixent asap - lesson learned DO NOT GO TO SCHWEIGER...what a joke! not experienced. Find the pros elsewhere.

I recently went for a procedure and didn't find the nurse who came into the room friendly or helpful at all. Once the doctor was done, she said to wait and the nurse would come to check in on me. She never did and when I went to walk out, the nurse gave me a weird look, almost annoyed I was still there. I asked if I'm good to go and she shrugged and said, "I guess so." I said that I wasn't sure and the doctor said a nurse would come check in but no one did. She then shrugged again and said, "well if that's what the doctor said..." She then proceeded to say, "That's $400 up front" (I was getting a cosmetic procedure.) LOL as if I didn't know what I needed to pay? Why would she feel the need to say that to me since she's not even the front desk receptionist who takes the payment?? There was no care, helpfulness, a genuine smile, patient service or kindness from her. And that's uncommon, as all the staff here is usually very nice, polite, and friendly. Maybe she was just having an off morning. But still, I don't think that's a proper justification. The doctor (afterwards, I saw her in passing and mentioned that the nurse didn't come in to check on me / let me know I'm good to leave) did say they were a bit short staffed that morning.

She told me what I was doing and advised what I should do to clear up my skin. The facial took about an hour or so to complete and was well worth the price tag. She cleaned out everything!! The only downside is that it is painful but there is no beauty without pain! Every product she used was natural and not harah on my skin. She also made sure to ask if I was on any acne medications before she used anything. Overall, great experience and I will be coming back.

I'll absolutely take responsibility for not canceling ahead of time, that part is on me. What bothered me was how it was handled afterward. The confirmation text I received after the scheduled appointment was written in very casual slang, which felt unprofessional for a spa. Then when I explained that I had a medical emergency, the response I got was dismissive and snappy rather than compassionate. I understand policies and no shows, but tone and professionalism matter. Especially in a business centered around care and client experience. It just left a bad first impression, which is disappointing because I was genuinely excited about coming in.

I literally could have saved myself hundreds of dollars by going to another doctor. Oh, and proper…read morecare. Do not come here for balding (alopecia). Long story short, certain remedies work for some people's types of balding and certain remedies don't work for other people's types of balding. He gave me steroid injections and topical steroid medicine to use when I didn't even need it. How I know is I got a second opinion from another doctor who was more an academic than Dr. Kleinberg. Then after getting the consultation from the second doctor I did my own research and found that I indeed did not need the steroid remedies he gave me since I did not have typical male pattern balding (androgenic alopecia). It was just my hairline balding. On top of that these useless remedies were giving me acne. When I left the appointment with the second doctor, he had himself a pitiful laugh his with his staff when I was on my way out the door after seeing him, explaining to his staff that another doctor gave me steroid injections for my hair when I didn't even need it. Super embarrassing because not only did I not need it, they sent me a medical bill for these "injections", and on each appointment they charged me for "medical examination" which did not even happen each appointment I had. If you want to run a business, fine. But if you are going to charge common people for every single dollar you can on your job then at least do the work correctly. They even had the audacity to send me many of those bills in the mail saying I owed them money for the unnecessary "injections" and the imaginary "medically exams" on top of my already expensive copay. Each bill increasing due to interest. You guys are never getting that money you billed me on top of the copay. The copay already cost hundreds. You owe me it if anything. Last thing I'll say is I work as a pharmacist which means I actually have a degree of health literacy. I can't be the only one that got taken advantage of if that's the case. Only difference is you've taken advantage of the people not as literate in this field, but that isn't their job or their responsibility, and that is why they came to you. Scammers!

He had me undress in front of him and did not give me a gown to put on. There was no female in the room to chaperone, just me and him. He had me sit on an old leather exam chair that had no paper to line it without clothes on. YUUUUCK. When I turned around he made a comment about about how my behind was not tan-- awkward and horribly uncomfortable and wrong. After a very brief exam without a special scope to look closer at any moles, he had me put my clothes back on in front of him. I could not have gotten out of their quick enough. The office is extremely old, dirty and empty. I was the only patient there.

Doctor took a quick glimpse at my rash and diagnosed heat rash, and sent me packing - 10 mins -- if that! Then I get a bill for $410 in the mail! I called the office to inquire about this charge. When I question further, she gets extremely aggressive and raises her voices 100 octaves and says she can charge us whatever she wants to even if its $410 or $710. And then she says she doesn't want to talk to me anymore and hangs up the phone. Glad to know this place thinks its operating like the wild wild west folks!
