As a physician, she's down to earth and reasonable. She doesn't overtest and she's always available to fill a prescription if you're in a pinch. Patients should take note: the answering service her practice uses close to the end of the day isn't exactly top notch. Twice, they've told me that the office was closed, even saying "everyone left for the day" an hour early. It wasn't true. If the answering service tells you that the office is closed, but hours of operation say it's not, take a few minutes and drive over if you're local. They'll probably still be open.

She does a great job taking care of my two little ones and never makes me feel bad for worrying or overreacting. She just has a very calming effect. She's one of the best. There are two downsides. One - even with an appointment it can sometimes be a half hour wait. Two - they are only open every other Saturday and with two little kids it can be pretty hard to get through the weekend when someone is not feeling well.

This location seems to be the replacement for the one that used to be in Oak Forest. It is another neighborhood location of the Cook County Health department. The day we were there ... to get a Covid-19 booster ... the center was immaculate. Shiny clean floors in a well kept and equipped building. We suspect most things are by appointment only, but one should check on the Cook County website. We did have an appointment and were in and out in a jiffy. All the personnel we met were helpful and friendly. They didn't seem very busy but that may be because of its newness. Give this place a try....
