I've worked in the medical field for about eight years and have had the opportunity to work with many doctors and see firsthand their bedside manner. In those eight years, I have never met a doctor as patient, caring, professional, and trustworthy as Dr. Beckmann. He always greets his patients with a smile and ALWAYS shakes our hand, making us feel at ease and comfortable and important. During our visit, he always asks if he has answered all of our questions, never rushes the appointment, and always explains thoroughly any procedures, testing, or medication needed. He always follows up with a phone call after any sick visit with him to ensure that treatment is working or to just make sure that we feel better. His support staff is also great, particularly his medical assistant, Tanishia! He practices at two locations, has late hour appointments, same day sick appointments, and some Saturday appointments, which makes it perfect for us since we take advantage of the late hours due to our working schedule. I pray he never decides to move away because I'll need to relocate to wherever he goes! (Avila Family)

My blood pressure was very high this week, I called the nurse after the clinic had closed and I was told to go to ER. I came home and called the clinic, and I had an appointment on Friday December 6,2024. I went to the ER on Tuesday. The staff is amazing, Dr. John Matera is amazing, He explained your illness to you, he listens and answer your questions. Jack the security guard sits at the front, He open the door for you and if you need a wheelchair, he will get it for you. Victoria the RN is amazing, she explains what to do to get your body on tract. Juan the welcome coordinator, He know my name. Then there are the driver's that come and take you the clinic and bring you back home. Then there is Doctor Owaider who is the diabetic specialist. I am pleased with the service that I am receiving.

As a physician, she's down to earth and reasonable. She doesn't overtest and she's always available to fill a prescription if you're in a pinch. Patients should take note: the answering service her practice uses close to the end of the day isn't exactly top notch. Twice, they've told me that the office was closed, even saying "everyone left for the day" an hour early. It wasn't true. If the answering service tells you that the office is closed, but hours of operation say it's not, take a few minutes and drive over if you're local. They'll probably still be open.

She does a great job taking care of my two little ones and never makes me feel bad for worrying or overreacting. She just has a very calming effect. She's one of the best. There are two downsides. One - even with an appointment it can sometimes be a half hour wait. Two - they are only open every other Saturday and with two little kids it can be pretty hard to get through the weekend when someone is not feeling well.
