They observe all of the COVID protocols and I felt safe throughout my entire visit. They are always friendly, pleasant and gentle with their patients. OK, I feel I'm being a little mean on this review...but I just can't bear to give another star…read morebecause I don't feel my visit to this office was "A-OK." I definitely have experienced better dentists in my lifetime. Here's why: 1. I waited over 20 minutes for my appointment...probably close to 30 minutes, for my initial early evening appointment. I was the only one in the waiting room. But I'm not the type to continue to glance at my phone for the time to express my impatience. I just sit and suck it up. 2. The hygienist was a very sweet woman, no complaints about her. OK, maybe one...she was a little loose with her dentist chair talk for my taste. However, she did do an excellent job cleaning my teeth. 3. The actual dentist didn't seem to want to spend any time with me at all. Granted, the dentist apparently was sick and almost cancelled all her late afternoon/evening appointments. Well, I kind of wish she had cancelled mine and rescheduled because I felt very neglected as a patient when she tried to glance at my x-rays and say everything was OK. I really wanted her expert opinion on one of my fillings and she didn't seem to care.

Their staff is extremely friendly and nice and accommodating. I especially like the front desk lady with the brown hair and glasses. She is phenomenal. She is on top of it! I'm only rating 4 stars because when I went in to get my filling at first, I had the Doctor Who had a busted blood vessel in his left eye. He seemed to be under stress. When he did my tooth it looked like SpongeBob. It went by quickly he seemed to be in a rush to get me out of there. Being an advocate of my health, I did request for him to shorten it some more because my tooth was clearly wider and larger than the left tooth. He did just that. And asked me to bite down, I bit but my bite felt different. He said that my bite should adjust. So I went along that weekend and I tried to eat later that day, and it was very hard for me to eat. I tried to speak and say certain words, but my mouth couldn't form it. This is just from two teeth getting done. It was uncomfortable. I called them and complained because there was too much composite on my teeth and I couldn't function properly. So I went back in the following week and Dr. Hannah took care of me. They shaved down my teeth some more so that my mouth could close properly. It worked! I have been extremely pleased since then. I am happy they were able to see me again and fix everything. All in all if the doctors are under stress, they shouldn't be at work and they should never try to rush people out of there. I appreciate the doctors that I've had there that take their time and accommodate me patiently.

I should have known from my first experience: I came in for a crown. She told me I did not need a root canal. They placed the permament crown and about 3 days later I woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating pain. I went in for an emergency appointment that day and she told me the root was infected and they would have to do a root canal. So they drilled through my BRAND NEW CROWN to do the root canal. And the best part, if you have an infection novocaine doesn't work, so I felt everything! I have several crowns. They were constantly breaking or falling out. After one fell out repeatedly she informed it was because there wasn't enough tooth for it to grab on to and I needed gum lengthening surgery. Foolishly I agreed to have this procedure. Afterwards, the crown fell out AGAIN. That was when I had enough. She offered to repair it for free and even reimbursed me hundreds of dollars. That is a sure sign that you have been done wrong. I took the money but I'm still out thousands from all the shoddy work I received. Avoid at all costs!

As he was clearly frustrated with his inability to pull it. Later, I had a dentist proclaim I had 14 cavities when I did not. (Still haven't had one) With that, I was beyond apprehensive going in for a visit suggested by and booked by my significant other. The staff was beyond welcoming. The hygienist that took care of me knew of my past issues and was amazing. Even Dr K went above and beyond taking time to sit down and show that I did not in fact have any cavities after my appointment. I'll be going back for the foreseeable future. My one complaint: I may be 40 but I didn't leave with a toy.
