They weren't able to take pictures or give me a cleaning. They referred me to two other places and wanted me to do the footwork on getting certain paperwork that's the offices job. After giving them a two star review I was confronted by the dentist in an aggressive manner in front of others about the review. He belittled me so much another family came outside and told me about his unprofessional manners and I shouldn't have stood there and let him talk to me like that in front of others.

Next morning, I called around a few dental clinics including Starbright but wasn't about to get any appointments right away and I surely would have suffered all weekend long. After few mins a courteous staff member from Starbright Dental called me back and told me to come on in albeit they had a packed day. She also jotted down all my insurance details and figured out my coverage details with the insurance before I even stepped in. When I got there, front desk greeted with a smile and explained everything, had me fill a few forms. The clinic was nicely decorated and clean. After filling the forms, 10 mins later I was seen by Dr. Saparia, what a great dentist. He made sure all my concerns were addressed and had great professional manners. He made sure I was numbed perfectly and made sure I was comfortable with the pain inquiring throughout the filling process. I was prescribed medications as needed and was able to get out of there in about 35-40 mins. Great practice, staff and doc!! Thanks Starbright for taking care of that ache or I would have suffered all weekend long. Just love a staff like this practice has who really care for their patients and try extra hard.

PLEASE BE AWARE, THE DO NOT DO GOOD WORK!! This has to be…read morethe worst dental experience I had in my life. First of all, I go to get a cleaning and I get a filling and then told to come back. I go back and get scheduled for a root canal. I instruct the dentist on wanting to get my teeth whitened before I get my crown. I am then rescheduled to come back for my root canal. I asked the dentist about the whitening and he told me it would bw okay because it's a take home kit. Next, I find out that I have a discolored crown waiting for me to pick up. I discussed my concerns with the receptionist and she said she would let the dentist know. Now I received a bill for over $2000 and I have multiple insurance policies. I called the office and found out I was seen by 2 different dentist and that nothing was noted! I heard so many people with issues while I was waiting to be seen and now I wish I would have juat left out and NEVER went back. I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this situation.

The dentist recommended partials and explained everything, The receptionist was advised to go over the different treatment plans, which ranged from $3000 - $6000. My Dad has to select a plan and sign the estimate. He selected the $3000 plan. Of course he does not want to put "that much money into the gound" as he says, however he wants to keep chewing his food without problems, keep talking to neighbors and his frat brothers with out an odor. The receptionist said she would call his insurance to see what is covered. It is now March 16th and we have not heard from anyone. I will not return to this location. I'm taking my Dad elsewhere. Perhaps to my dentist! I'm certain he'll get better treatment. I stopped going to Chatham Dental after my cap fell off twice.

She performed an All-on-4 procedure for my husband, and from start to finish, everything was flawless. He's never had a single issue, and the results were beyond our expectations. What really sets Dr. Biegel apart is her genuine care and dedication. She consistently goes out of her way to accommodate our hectic schedules, always finding a way to fit us in. On top of her expertise, she's incredibly kind, patient, and approachable. We feel truly fortunate to have found her. Highly recommend!

OK, I feel I'm being a little mean on this review...but I just can't bear to give another star…read morebecause I don't feel my visit to this office was "A-OK." I definitely have experienced better dentists in my lifetime. Here's why: 1. I waited over 20 minutes for my appointment...probably close to 30 minutes, for my initial early evening appointment. I was the only one in the waiting room. But I'm not the type to continue to glance at my phone for the time to express my impatience. I just sit and suck it up. 2. The hygienist was a very sweet woman, no complaints about her. OK, maybe one...she was a little loose with her dentist chair talk for my taste. However, she did do an excellent job cleaning my teeth. 3. The actual dentist didn't seem to want to spend any time with me at all. Granted, the dentist apparently was sick and almost cancelled all her late afternoon/evening appointments. Well, I kind of wish she had cancelled mine and rescheduled because I felt very neglected as a patient when she tried to glance at my x-rays and say everything was OK. I really wanted her expert opinion on one of my fillings and she didn't seem to care.

Since I'm an inquisitive patient, I appreciated Dr. Cheng's patience to clearly explain each step of the process. Sure enough, the procedure was quick and painless just as he described. Dr. Cheng was able to engineer/craft a portion of my tooth back using filling, and my tooth is now as good as new. He has even called back to follow-up on how my tooth has felt a few weeks after the procedure. For a highly skilled dentist who is patient, experienced, and caring, call Dr. Cheng! I got an appointment pretty quickly so it was really convenient. The wait time in the waiting room was short. What I was surprised about and actually really liked was when I was in the chair, I was literally with the dentist the WHOLE time, unlike my old dentist where I saw him for like five minutes and he had his assistants working on me. I had to come in a few times to get my teeth fixed so I actually saw both dentists, which are father and son. I really felt like the dentists here really pay attention to their patients and really try to help them out. I did not felt rushed at all which is always my concern when I go to the doctor. I was so happy with my teeth afterwards. They felt so clean! I will definitely be coming back.
