The biggest problem is that they take on far more patients than they can handle. Same‑day sick appointments were almost never available. The only way to even try was to call the second the office opened, sit on hold, and hope for a miracle. If nothing was available, we were told to go to the ER or urgent care -- incredibly frustrating when you have a sick child. The quality of care was inconsistent. Some doctors were fine, but others seemed disengaged. One pediatrician spent more time trying to get us to subscribe to his YouTube channel than actually treating our child. Another openly disagreed with a colleague's diagnosis, claiming her "nutrition background" made her advice superior. It left us confused and unsure who to trust. The front desk experience was equally unpleasant. The woman who handles check‑ins is consistently rude and unhelpful, and it's surprising the office hasn't addressed this given how many reviews mention it. Finally, the wait times were awful -- routinely 45 minutes to an hour after our scheduled appointment. After nearly two years of frustration, we moved our children to a different pediatric office, and the improvement has been dramatic. I would strongly recommend choosing another practice.

He is double board certified in pediatrics and internal medicine. The first time I met him, I knew in my gut within seconds, this is the doctor and practice we have needed. There is also a Nurse Practitioner there we see and her name is Sarah Cupp. She is also amazing and super smart. I have never seen a more empathetic, kind, caring and intelligent medical team in my life. Even the receptionists are so friendly and sweet. I've been a mom for almost 22 years and I have 5 kids. 4 of them have had complicated medical conditions, but only my one son still has a G and J tube and various issues. I have never trusted a doctor or nurse practitioner as much as I do these two. They are traditional medical doctors, but also seem very knowledgeable in nutrition and homeopathics as well. I have gotten prescriptions from them, but also recommendations for supplements and things we can do that are more natural. There is no push either way. They respect our decisions as parents. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Panzica and Sarah Cupp for children and adults.

Dr. Daly is an excellent doctor who knows lots about medicine, human beings and my health. He has seen me through pesky colds, hospitalizations, tears and everything in-between. Sometimes he sends me on to a specialist and they are always good choices. I also love that he is affiliated with Advocate South Suburban Hospital, my favorite hospital in the area. And, he has a great personality - loves to discuss books, politics and his Jesuit training.
