The Doctor is fine, but his staff is absolutely the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with…read more They do not know how to file insurance, they are rude, interrupting and grossly under trained. Issue #1: They LOST the photo copy of my insurance card, which is a Military ID. That is actually a felony under new Federal ID laws. This means that you will usually only be in the waiting room for a few moments, you will spend less than 5 minutes in an exam room and then you will see the doctor. It also means that he will not ask a lot of extra questions. If you have questions, write them down and be ready to rattle them off. He will be thoughtful and complete in answering any questions that you bring, but he is working hard to spend only 5-10 minutes with you, so if you don't raise a concern or ask a question, he will not probe to see if anything else is going on. If you are a good advocate for yourself, he is a skillful and knowledgeable doctor.
