But unfortunately we moved to California so we had to say goodbye. (Honestly can't even find good doctors compared to them here still). They are very compassionate and truly love what they do for the kids and their families. My son was seeing Dr. Freed (He is THE Best!!!) But he also saw Dr. Ramana & Dr. Gruszka for sick visits and they are also wonderful. Dr. Freed was very patient with all the questions and concerns we had at every visit. He took his time to listen and make sure we understood everything before we would leave. He gave good resources & explanation. He was not the type of doctor who would just give you medication and not give you a chance or input on what you want/don't want. He makes the plans along with you! My son liked coming to see him and out of all the doctors he sees he always ask when we see his other specialist if we can see Dr. Freed instead. The nursing & front desk staff their are very sweet too and we were able to see the same faces usually when we came. Also, got to know some of them on first name basis. They were caring and interacted with my son well. Very patient people. Overall, I would recommend this clinic to anyone. As someone who works in healthcare we are usually careful (very picky) on who we trust with our care and I cannot say anything negative about the providers here! I miss them as my son's healthcare team!

Although I do believe he is very intelligent and a good doctor im afraid he is just too old to still be working and im just being practical. He takes so long to say one sentence mostly saying "ummm" and trying to find the right words to use. Very nice man never treated me bad or made me feel uncomfortable or anything. Now Kayla on the other hand I felt was rude and unprofessional with her responses to me as if I should know why my daughter is sick or just made me feel like I didn't know things I was "supposed" to know . I felt very judged because I look very young im 26 but felt as if she was talking to me like I was the child in the room. I brought my mother a few times to make sure I wasn't just having mom guilt or just mistaken about how I was being treated , my mom agreed . She also would address my mom in the room telling her things about my child & how to care for her like as if I was the child not the parent . I never brought this to anyone's attention in the office I just simply stated I did not want Kayla being my daughter's doctor but it's only her or dr . Freed. They scheduled me with Kayla multiple times after I expressed to them I was not comfortable with that . I've changed doctors since then, obviously. just writing this because I would love to inform the younger mothers out there , you know when you're being judged or talked to like a child & the thing is, im not even that young I've seen younger mothers but regardless should not be judged for bringing a beautiful baby to this world. Nearly every time we've come in our wait has been less than 10 minutes. The ladies at the front desk are always helpful and incredibly friendly. And whenever I've called for advice the nurses I've spoken with are really helpful. They don't just tell you to come in if it's something you can probably take care of at home. I know our copay is only $20, but it's nice to know they're not going to have us come in just to tell us to wait it out, or suggest something they could easily (and usually) do over the phone. It means they're not after my money - they truly are looking after my family. Dr. Corte is wonderful. I have yet to come in for an appointment and feel anything but respected, cared for, and informed. The nursing staff has also been wonderful. No complaints here - they're quick with vaccinations and accommodating to our needs and preferences. It may not seem like a big deal, but a good, navigable website is important these days. The only hiccup I had on their website was initially finding their hours (it's listed under the location button). Everything else is informative and up to date. And I love their symptoms/medicine article finder. List your symptom and they'll bring you to a page with information about what your child may be experiencing. Even better - at the bottom of the page is a chart for when you should be calling them. It's definitely helped this first time mom freak out a little less when my baby is feeling under the weather. I was definitely wrong. Dr.Katerji was patient with my kids, he accessed them from head to toe, and created a treatment plan that actually seemed logical to me. My son LOVES going to the doctor because he wants to hear the "birdies" Dr. Akinde finds (whistles softly into) his ear! You will get emails to confirm your appointment, just in case you forget like me. There is sometimes a wait to see the doctors, but they always accommodate and take their time with their patients, so sometimes a wait means (1) you're getting good docs and (2) when YOU need a doctor without an appointment, they help you. Good trade-off, if you ask me.

I…read morecalled urgent care to make an appointment, the girl made my daughter a profile because she was a new patient but said she could be seen and her wart could be treated. We just walked into the building for her appointment and the girl behind the desk tells me that she can't be treated because she is a new patient and it's not considered a sick visit. I asked if she were an established patient, could she have her wart removed? The girl said, "yes." I explained that that was completely nonsensical and that I was told unequivocally from an employee that she could be seen at urgent care because she had made her a patient profile. Ridiculous. We were in the lobby. No one was there. I heard people pallin' around in the back. I guess the well being of kids and paying customers isn't worth their time. What a horrible way to treat people.

My appointment was 1:50, arrived at 1:53 (due to overshooting the driveway on a busy road). Upon check-in, the receptionist says "let me see you are late" (while my 6 year old was bundled in two jackets and a blanket with the flu). Of course I replied with, I am 3 minutes late. We then had to wait about 10- 15 minutes to be called in (no one in waiting room) The exam room was dirty. The nurse wasn't very kind and was using a ripped off piece of paper towel to write down my daughters symptoms weight etc. Dirty!! The floor of the room had this sticking substance with black hair stuck to it. It was old and the sink area looked like it hadn't been cleaned for some time. I'd never bring the child back here. A doctors office should be clean. If they're good and not so nice, then fine. But dirty? Unprofessional? Yikes!!

Love the doctors in this practice…read more I have seen just about every doctor in this practice and they are all very kind and attentive to my kids needs. We are typically seen within minutes of showing up, for both wellness and sick visits, and we don't feel rushed either. My girls also look forward to receiving a book after each visit. :) Highly recommended.

AMAZING and does really well with my daughter who is really shy. Let me tell you, the office staff here...terrible! I keep going back and forth if its worth sticking it out for the amazing doctors, but the staff that are on the phones to schedule appointments are terrible! You better have thick skin when talking to them. Last conversation I had with them they insulted me as a mother questioning why i didn't make our last appointment, without even allowing me to explain LIFE and what has been going on in my world. Almost had me in tears. I am very torn on what to do, best case scenario i really hope they take all these yelp reviews into account and see how many people are unhappy with the office staff and hopefully replace them.
