AMAZING and does really well with my daughter who is really shy. Let me tell you, the office staff here...terrible! I keep going back and forth if its worth sticking it out for the amazing doctors, but the staff that are on the phones to schedule appointments are terrible! You better have thick skin when talking to them. Last conversation I had with them they insulted me as a mother questioning why i didn't make our last appointment, without even allowing me to explain LIFE and what has been going on in my world. Almost had me in tears. I am very torn on what to do, best case scenario i really hope they take all these yelp reviews into account and see how many people are unhappy with the office staff and hopefully replace them. I rated ok because i didn't want to rate the doctors low, they are amazing but if i could rate zero for office staff i would!

I thought she cared about my son's well being, but sadly I was wrong. All that doctor and this practice cares about is getting paid for vaccinating your child. Nothing more! After giving my son all the mandatory and recommended IL vaccinations for 2 years old, of which he received a total of 22 vaccines! This was not enough to immunize him. I receive this letter bellow which denies my son medical care because I didn't boost him the additional 5 booster vaccines for his age. I didn't boost him because he had several reactions to his previous boosters, but of course, they didn't care to ask or hear about It. Please steer clear of this practice and find a pediatrician that truly cares.

I honestly yelped it and it had no wait so I was happy about that. I really didnt want to wait in the emergency department from a hospital when I knew it was a minor thing. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and informed to sign in. I had to fill out a bunch of paperwork due to I was out of state seeking care for my son. The receptionist stated I needed to pay out of pocket and I was fine with it but I knew they could contact my health insurance and get it squared away. After talking to the receptionist she politely obliged and said she would figure it out we just needed to get our son seen. (I thought that was super nice). I honestly waited about 25 min from coming in to being brought into the doctors office. The doctor that saw my son was very knowledgeable and efficient. Loved that fact that he asked us if we had any questions yet he explain everything that he was doing. He went into detail of what was wrong with our 18 month. I am happy to say if I visit family I have a pediatrician to go to. I was in n out within the hour. If I need them I will come here first. Thank you pediatrics on demand!!

She is always responsive and available no matter the hour. She is the most well networked doctor I've ever met. My daughter needed to see a plastic surgeon for a birthmark removal and I had trouble getting an appointment. Dr. Weems called the surgeon directly and I had an appointment the next day. I have many more stories like this highlighting the ways she's saved us. Best investment and decision we've made! We only have the best things to say!

Weems has no privileges at suburban hospitals, and has no relationships with any specialist and no ability to get you in any sooner than if you cold called on your own. Most recently, she ghosted us when we asked for post-surgical pain meds for our 11 year-old who had a laceration so deep the tendons in her hand were visible. Ghosted! You can get equivalent or better care at an urgent care clinic from a non-doctor. without having to spend thousands per year for nothing. Not a "concierge" doctor at all, save your money.
