He does not rush through appointments and listens to all of your concerns. He provides holistic care. I feel as if he focuses on primary prevention. He works very hard to prevent diseases before you even develop them. Dr. Joudeh is also very knowledgeable and informative. He is up to date with the latest treatment options. He teaches his patients to become advocates for themselves by providing them with information needed to make informed decisions regarding their healthcare. Doctors who provide this quality of care and take a patient centered approach to your healthcare are rare these days. Every time we take our daughter we wait at least an hour after our scheduled appointment to be seen, while the Polish Patients seem to be seen right away. The receptionist is always rude and abrupt with us, but very chatty and welcoming to the Polish Patients. We had to argue with them to get our daughter medical records so we could finally just go to another Doctor. You should feel comfortable with your child's pediatrician, and all we've ever felt is unwelcome.

The interaction I witnessed between Dr Anna and the pediatric patient along with parent/family member is very attentive, detailed, holistic, and compassionate. It is nothing short of excellent. Dr Ignaczewska is bilingual, so she has a strong Polish patient population. Although this is the case, special treatment of the particular ethnicity is certainly NOT EVIDENT. Dr Ignaczewska loves every child as if they were her own. Your appointment may be delayed because of her thorough visit with each individual. Also, she does not turn down patients if they need to be seen emergently; she will accommodate unique cases. As far as diagnosis and treatment, Dr Ignaczewska is very detailed and does not overprescribe, as it is common with other pediatricians. I highly recommend Dr Ignaczewska.

She is always responsive and available no matter the hour. She is the most well networked doctor I've ever met. My daughter needed to see a plastic surgeon for a birthmark removal and I had trouble getting an appointment. Dr. Weems called the surgeon directly and I had an appointment the next day. I have many more stories like this highlighting the ways she's saved us. Best investment and decision we've made! We only have the best things to say!

Weems has no privileges at suburban hospitals, and has no relationships with any specialist and no ability to get you in any sooner than if you cold called on your own. Most recently, she ghosted us when we asked for post-surgical pain meds for our 11 year-old who had a laceration so deep the tendons in her hand were visible. Ghosted! You can get equivalent or better care at an urgent care clinic from a non-doctor. without having to spend thousands per year for nothing. Not a "concierge" doctor at all, save your money.
