I paid $120 out of pocket but doctor looked at her and said she didn't have pinkeye. She also asked if she had discharge around her eyes. I said no. But the very next morning she did have discharge around her eyes I called them to let them hoping they would prescribe something bc we had already drove there and paid out of pocket for the visit. They said I would have to pay for a second visit bc it would count as a follow up visit! That is ridiculous. I had already paid for the first visit which they didn't help at all. So no. I DON'T recommend this place. They won't help you. They will only take your money and NOT help you

He does not rush through appointments and listens to all of your concerns. He provides holistic care. I feel as if he focuses on primary prevention. He works very hard to prevent diseases before you even develop them. Dr. Joudeh is also very knowledgeable and informative. He is up to date with the latest treatment options. He teaches his patients to become advocates for themselves by providing them with information needed to make informed decisions regarding their healthcare. Doctors who provide this quality of care and take a patient centered approach to your healthcare are rare these days. I credit Dr. Joudeh for saving my life by simply drawing labs that other doctors did not think to draw.

If you aren't Polish, don't take your kids here!…read more Now that seems an odd statement I'm sure, but believe me that if you aren't Polish, they don't care about you as a patient. Every time we take our daughter we wait at least an hour after our scheduled appointment to be seen, while the Polish Patients seem to be seen right away. The receptionist is always rude and abrupt with us, but very chatty and welcoming to the Polish Patients. We had to argue with them to get our daughter medical records so we could finally just go to another Doctor. You should feel comfortable with your child's pediatrician, and all we've ever felt is unwelcome.

Dr Anna Ignaczewska has been in practice for 45 years and is truly a wealth of knowledge. In fact,…read moreshe used to be my pediatrician; later, I was paired with her for clinic in my graduate studies. The interaction I witnessed between Dr Anna and the pediatric patient along with parent/family member is very attentive, detailed, holistic, and compassionate. It is nothing short of excellent. Dr Ignaczewska is bilingual, so she has a strong Polish patient population. Although this is the case, special treatment of the particular ethnicity is certainly NOT EVIDENT. Dr Ignaczewska loves every child as if they were her own. Your appointment may be delayed because of her thorough visit with each individual. Also, she does not turn down patients if they need to be seen emergently; she will accommodate unique cases. As far as diagnosis and treatment, Dr Ignaczewska is very detailed and does not overprescribe, as it is common with other pediatricians. I highly recommend Dr Ignaczewska.

He is double board certified in pediatrics and internal medicine. The first time I met him, I knew in my gut within seconds, this is the doctor and practice we have needed. There is also a Nurse Practitioner there we see and her name is Sarah Cupp. She is also amazing and super smart. I have never seen a more empathetic, kind, caring and intelligent medical team in my life. Even the receptionists are so friendly and sweet. I've been a mom for almost 22 years and I have 5 kids. 4 of them have had complicated medical conditions, but only my one son still has a G and J tube and various issues. I have never trusted a doctor or nurse practitioner as much as I do these two. They are traditional medical doctors, but also seem very knowledgeable in nutrition and homeopathics as well. I have gotten prescriptions from them, but also recommendations for supplements and things we can do that are more natural. There is no push either way. They respect our decisions as parents. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Panzica and Sarah Cupp for children and adults.

I made an appointment for my 6 year to get a physical for school and hopefully establish care closer to home. I'll admit I was impressed by being able to schedule a same day appointment. Everything following was a complete disaster. We arrive to the clinic and I am immediately taken aback by the horrible horrible looking facility. Dark ugly colors on the wall, hot waiting room, and the glass separating the staff from us is riddled in paper notices ! You can't even tell if it's somebody behind the glass, oh but when they pull it back you are greeted by sloppy looking employees. I do not mean to be rude but I honestly mean, sloppy employees. Untidy hair, scrubs are dirty and not fitting just a mess. And behind them is an open shelving system that is cluttered ,unorganized, a complete mess. Imagine if your child's important records were in that garbage of a storage. We finally make it to triage and all equipment is dated, they took my temperature with the same thermometer I have at home that doctors have said isn't a reliable read because it goes behind the ear, positioning and other factors can determine the accuracy of that thing. The appearance didn't get any better back here either. Old, dirty, nasty, unorganized. We get to the exam room and someone in scrubs comes and tells me we have a co-pay i Hand her my debit card and she says oh I'm sorry we don't take debit cards. I was never told this is a cash only place she comes back and offers to hold my spot while I run to a cvs a few blocks down. I grabbed my children and left, declined to reschedule. Do not take your children here. And watch your mail. I am waiting for them to bill me for anything so I can sue for insurance fraud. I'm glad I didn't meet the doctor I'm sure he/she isn't any better after all your clinic is speaking for you and the message wasn't good.
