They are both very well educated and knowledgeable about the latest updates for pediatric children. They have a great staff who are friendly and really good with kids of all ages. They accommodate you when you need to get in for an appointment as quick as possible. They have flu vaccines in the fall. I highly recommend this pediatric office.

I paid $120 out of pocket but doctor looked at her and said she didn't have pinkeye. She also asked if she had discharge around her eyes. I said no. But the very next morning she did have discharge around her eyes I called them to let them hoping they would prescribe something bc we had already drove there and paid out of pocket for the visit. They said I would have to pay for a second visit bc it would count as a follow up visit! That is ridiculous. I had already paid for the first visit which they didn't help at all. So no. I DON'T recommend this place. They won't help you. They will only take your money and NOT help you

My 1st appointment was with Dr. Cynthia Page (Ob/Gyne) I asked her to refer me to an African-American physician & she recommended her husband...EXCELLENT CHOICE!! lol My introduction at the Oak Park, IL Lake St office was with the receptionist extraordinaire Ms. Alice Cole. Very friendly, pleasant, greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed, like a member of Dr. Robinson's extended family versus just another patient. My next encounter was with Laquita, who began with my preliminaries. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I've worked in the dental industry for over 30 years and have "the eye" to spot exceptional employees. Laquita is definitely the "employee every office wants". My first experience at Dr. Robinson's was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. When I say Dr. Robinson and his team of professionals made me feel that I was in safe hands, I mean it. I smiled, laughed, cried when sharing personal "hidden secrets" and was never left to feel like a statistic, I felt "loved". He treated me with tender loving care because he really does care! You can believe this man of God is awesome and I am truly grateful Dr. Cynthia Page referred me. So the next time you're feeling bad, need a physician, want a second opinion or unable to see your own physician, Dr. Forrest J. Robinson, DO is the man to see. I made an appointment for my 6 year to get a physical for school and hopefully establish care closer to home. I'll admit I was impressed by being able to schedule a same day appointment. Everything following was a complete disaster. We arrive to the clinic and I am immediately taken aback by the horrible horrible looking facility. Dark ugly colors on the wall, hot waiting room, and the glass separating the staff from us is riddled in paper notices ! You can't even tell if it's somebody behind the glass, oh but when they pull it back you are greeted by sloppy looking employees. I do not mean to be rude but I honestly mean, sloppy employees. Untidy hair, scrubs are dirty and not fitting just a mess. And behind them is an open shelving system that is cluttered ,unorganized, a complete mess. Imagine if your child's important records were in that garbage of a storage. We finally make it to triage and all equipment is dated, they took my temperature with the same thermometer I have at home that doctors have said isn't a reliable read because it goes behind the ear, positioning and other factors can determine the accuracy of that thing. The appearance didn't get any better back here either. Old, dirty, nasty, unorganized. We get to the exam room and someone in scrubs comes and tells me we have a co-pay i Hand her my debit card and she says oh I'm sorry we don't take debit cards. I was never told this is a cash only place she comes back and offers to hold my spot while I run to a cvs a few blocks down. I grabbed my children and left, declined to reschedule. Do not take your children here. And watch your mail. I am waiting for them to bill me for anything so I can sue for insurance fraud. I'm glad I didn't meet the doctor I'm sure he/she isn't any better after all your clinic is speaking for you and the message wasn't good.

They were also amazing when my daughter got her ears pierced--professional, gentle, and thoughtful. Today I called again to try to schedule an after emergency room appointment. The receptionist had such a condescending tone that I had no desire to deal with after a night of no sleep and 2 ER visits in 24 hours for my 2 year old. After reading the reviews this just appears to be a common theme, rude staff. So unfortunately I'll continue to drive my child an hour away so I'm not talked to like I'm an idiot during a very stressful time.
