They are both very well educated and knowledgeable about the latest updates for pediatric children. They have a great staff who are friendly and really good with kids of all ages. He works very hard to prevent diseases before you even develop them. Dr. Joudeh is also very knowledgeable and informative. He is up to date with the latest treatment options. He teaches his patients to become advocates for themselves by providing them with information needed to make informed decisions regarding their healthcare. Every time we take our daughter we wait at least an hour after our scheduled appointment to be seen, while the Polish Patients seem to be seen right away. The receptionist is always rude and abrupt with us, but very chatty and welcoming to the Polish Patients. We had to argue with them to get our daughter medical records so we could finally just go to another Doctor. You should feel comfortable with your child's pediatrician, and all we've ever felt is unwelcome.

The interaction I witnessed between Dr Anna and the pediatric patient along with parent/family member is very attentive, detailed, holistic, and compassionate. It is nothing short of excellent. Dr Ignaczewska is bilingual, so she has a strong Polish patient population. Although this is the case, special treatment of the particular ethnicity is certainly NOT EVIDENT. Dr Ignaczewska loves every child as if they were her own. Your appointment may be delayed because of her thorough visit with each individual. Also, she does not turn down patients if they need to be seen emergently; she will accommodate unique cases. As far as diagnosis and treatment, Dr Ignaczewska is very detailed and does not overprescribe, as it is common with other pediatricians. I highly recommend Dr Ignaczewska.
