After years of dealing with his rudeness, I finally had enough. I have signed a release form to no longer bring my children to this location. I will no longer bring my children here. I plan on taking my children to see my doctor who specializes also on pedestrian care. What was the final straw for me was seeing how pathetically rude Moazzam Saeed approached my 8yr old and did not acknowledge me as a parent in the room. He didn't look my way to greet. He completely ignored me and spoke only to my child who is a MINOR, as if he was alone in the room. I had to force Moazzam Saeed to acknowledge me, when I stood next to him and questioned him about my son's health. Shortly after, I requested from Moazzam Saeed a note and he asked me to wait in the waiting room for it. When I approached the receptionist, she asked Moazzam Saeed for the note and he advised his receptionist to inform me that it would take 2-3 days for me to get the note. I was livid, so I waited for Moazzam Saeed and when I approached him and inquired about the note, he told me it would take 2-3 days for him to compose the note. He's so incompetent and very unprofessional. I find it hard to understand how it can take 2-3 days to make a simple note. Moazzam Saeed then told me to please move my children to another pedestric. To Moazzam Saeed, remember this, your patients are the reason you eat and have a paycheck. Without any patients, your nothing. One lost patient may not seem like a big loss, but keep treating your patients with little respect and you'll end with none.

I sat and waiting for 2 hours in the waiting room after my appointment time. I am now waiting with my daughter in the room and still no sign of the doctor. I will never come back to this office and I am extremely disappointed in how they let this place go. The receptionist was extremely rude, bad day busy day or not you should still properly do your job with a positive attitude. This review had NOTHING to do with the doctors and how they practice but they should be aware of the over scheduling and understaffing issue they have at that location.

With 2 locations and his daughter as the new doctor I see nothing but a bright future ahead. Also doctors wife has always been very kind and helpful. Although he is not perfect but no one is. This incident made me super upset and was turned up to look as it was my fault not miscommunication but my fault. So i come for the 15 month check up there are two shots that were left to be given so we up to date. And i am aware about it during my daughter's appointment everything seems fine we went over lots of topics where one of them was my feelings towards giving shots tonight because of the time - it was already like 7.40pm and during our appointment i mention that i would like to have shots during morning appointment because i do not feel confident/comfortable that it will be at night while she will go to sleep and i cant watch her to see if she is okay. Appointment was done i dressed my daughter back to her clothes i put her jacket on and i am opening the door and i see nurse standing in front of me saying ready for shots. I am surprised because i thought we spoke about this and i nicely tell nurse that yes we will come back for those during sometime in the morning hours. She runs to the doctor. Doctor comes in and tells me this; there is lots of misleading information about shots on internet and if you refuse to give shots today you should find another doctor. I am standing there in shock i said doctor what are you talking about? I am not refusing shots and i believe we spoke about this in our appointment? I told you that i do not feel comfortable to do it at night and believed we were on the same page... the. Doctor said this: if you not giving shots this is big waste of money. And that shots cant be used for anyone else. And i either do it tonight or i have to find new provider. I took my child and i said i wont do it at night. Next day i called to talk to manager and she said same thing it was wasted and etc. and that i also refused shots before which by the way not true. Once i came for shots and they told Me they dont have it at the moment so they will Call me when they do. And they saying this is why we are behind our shots. But they forgot that there was/is corona where everything slowed down and plus i never refused any shots why i would refuse if i did start Shots since my baby was born. Only one shot i asked why i should give was hepatitas A because this one only required at some colleges? I asked ... and i said so maybe she can do it if she will choose to do it when she grows up. So here i am Looking for new provider and its totally fine but be aware of this place and you decide whose fault it was! This is coming from a mother who is not against shots and was kicked off for refusing shots because doctor said as HE UNDERSTOOD i only didnt want to take mmr shot at night. As he understood... he told nurse to get shots ready and it became my fault...this happened at Bolingbrook location. So here is my story choose wisely;)

From the start, the staff was unhelpful and disorganized. After confirming with my insurance that the office was covered and accepting new patients, I went in for my first appointment, confirmed everything, and had my initial visit. However, when I arrived for my next scheduled appointment, I waited as usual, was taken in, and began the appointment. Then, out of nowhere, the front desk came into the room and told me they no longer accepted my insurance and couldn't see my child anymore. They claimed they weren't taking any new patients, but my child had already been seen before--this was her second appointment! Why was this not communicated when we scheduled? Why check me in and start the appointment only to stop halfway through? It's clear this office cares more about what kind of insurance you have than actually providing care. This is both unethical and morally wrong. I left feeling frustrated and unheard. I expect much more professionalism and care when it comes to my child's well-being. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to Ayuste Pediatrics and would not recommend them to other parents.

Took him to a different doctor, and within 2 seconds was told somethings wrong and we need a specialist. Got into the specialist, and the second she saw my child's eyes, she ordered an MRI stat. If we hadn't of listened to our gut and went around them, my child could of had a stroke. Again. Perfectly healthy kids who just need well visits, great place. But if you think something is wrong, and they try and brush you off, trust your gut over them.
