My children have been coming to this location for a few years now. Their pedestrian was Moazzam Saeed. This individual is very unprofessional, rude, careless, sloppy and incompetent. After years of dealing with his rudeness, I finally had enough. I have signed a release form to no longer bring my children to this location. I will no longer bring my children here. I plan on taking my children to see my doctor who specializes also on pedestrian care. What was the final straw for me was seeing how pathetically rude Moazzam Saeed approached my 8yr old and did not acknowledge me as a parent in the room. He didn't look my way to greet. He completely ignored me and spoke only to my child who is a MINOR, as if he was alone in the room. I had to force Moazzam Saeed to acknowledge me, when I stood next to him and questioned him about my son's health. Shortly after, I requested from Moazzam Saeed a note and he asked me to wait in the waiting room for it. When I approached the receptionist, she asked Moazzam Saeed for the note and he advised his receptionist to inform me that it would take 2-3 days for me to get the note. I was livid, so I waited for Moazzam Saeed and when I approached him and inquired about the note, he told me it would take 2-3 days for him to compose the note. He's so incompetent and very unprofessional. I find it hard to understand how it can take 2-3 days to make a simple note. Moazzam Saeed then told me to please move my children to another pedestric. To Moazzam Saeed, remember this, your patients are the reason you eat and have a paycheck. Without any patients, your nothing. One lost patient may not seem like a big loss, but keep treating your patients with little respect and you'll end with none. read more

I am going to start out by saying that I am extremely disappointed! I have been coming to advanced Pediatrics for the past 9 years the office I usually visit (Lockport) was closed so they had me bring my daughter to the Bolingbrook location. I sat and waiting for 2 hours in the waiting room after my appointment time. I am now waiting with my daughter in the room and still no sign of the doctor. I will never come back to this office and I am extremely disappointed in how they let this place go. The receptionist was extremely rude, bad day busy day or not you should still properly do your job with a positive attitude. This review had NOTHING to do with the doctors and how they practice but they should be aware of the over scheduling and understaffing issue they have at that location. read more

Just had my first baby and was looking for a pediatrician in the area. Dr. Saeed was recommended over and over by parents in the area and I am so happy with the decision to see him. I've been there a few times already and he is always on time, courteous, great with my baby and informative. His staff has been very nice and the lactation consultant, Bridget, has helped me so much and is very sweet. Very happy with this practice! read more

Never, ever go there. Doctors are incompetent, staff are rude. Few months ago refused to make an order for blood work I needed for my son, few days ago refused to sign a medical document that I have a right to have according to state law, and that the PCP has to sign. First of all, I would like to thank the Doctors whose always been courteous and so accommodating to my daughter's needs. Unfortunately, we had to leave this place because of the staff who works in front of the house. The staff (receptionists) are very unprofessional. I work in the hospital environment and we use AIDET (A-Acknowledge I-Introduce D-Duration E-Explanation T-Thank you). Courtesy should be given all the time when people enter the door and to my knowledge it does not required any education. I do understand it can be very busy at times but it's their responsibility to welcome and greet each and everyone who comes in and out of that office with a smile and or at the very least introduce themselves when they enter the rooms. That would be a very nice gesture especially for parents who are already stressed enough having a sick kid(s). MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!! A SIMPLE SMILE WILL DO! It's your job for god's sake! Dr Saeed and Dr Romero are my favorits! They are very nice and kind with my baby girl!

This office is fine for routine checkups/shots/physicals, if you can deal with the extremely rude receptionists/MA's in the front office. You are almost guaranteed an attitude problem from the staff every time you call, no matter how kind, understanding and cordial you are to them. Despite all of that, if your child happens to have an issue, you will be left waiting for days/weeks on end to receive test results/diagnosis/proper care. You will be promised calls with test results only to be told a week later, after calling daily, that you can only receive the results when you make an appointment but they're not available for another week or so. (Mind you, this was said after being lied to for 4 days by the office when they told me the results weren't in from the hospital, but the hospital told me they sent the Dr the results.) This leaves a child to suffer for prolonged periods of time. That was the second time this has happened to us from this office. The first time my child had pneumonia for a month and I was going into the office weekly before I finally took him to a hospital and found out it wasn't just a "month-long virus-induced cold" with seizures. This time the issue is more serious and I am switching pediatricians since I am already experiencing the same problem as before, where issues are not addressed, results are deliberately withheld, and they're pushing for unnecessary further office visits. My new doctor attempted to gain access to my child's results from this office, where they were lied to and told that results of these tests were never received from the hospital, only a couple of hours after I personally was told that the results were in and I had to make an appointment to receive them. This led to a small child having to be put through those tests for a second time, causing unnecessary (repeated) trauma to my child. If you love and care about your child, please choose another pediatric office. read more

My rating is based solely on the doctors and nurse practitioners. They are all excellent. Dr.Saeed is fantastic. He is warm, kind and genuinely cares about his patients and their families. He and Bridget, the lactation consultant/nurse practitioner are my personal favorites. I have never experienced the front office staff being rude; however I have received bad information from them and have had to follow up on messages because they were not relayed to the doctors or nurse practitioners. My only wish is that they would hire actual nurses instead of medical assistants. The medical assistants are typically very nice; however I don't have much confidence in their experience or medical knowledge. read more

I am honored to have Dr. Muhammed N. Longi; Dr. Maria Christine Bayang, and Dr. Moazzam Saeed as my childre's primary medical providers. This group is an excellent team to have by your side. We have stayed loyal to these wonderful people for the last 10 plus years. I will start off with Dr. Bayang, she recieved one of my daughters with her arms wide open at birth. She did not leave her side since my baby took her first breath here on earth. Dr. Bayang immidiately recognized that my baby had a VSD and was constantly checking up on her until after her open heart surgery in 2008, shortly after that she transfered to Lombard which we were very sad to hear. Next, Dr. Muhammed N. Longi. He is such a great doctor, he makes sure that on every visit we feel taken care of. He is a great artist, very funny, he always make my kids laugh. My kids have always left his office with a smile on their face. He treats my kids health with such importance that I have never had any reason to doubt his word or diagnosis. Lastly, Dr. Moazzam Saeed. He is the best! No more to that. He is just simply the type of doctor that treats all his patients equally. He is the type of doctor that has made a genuine empathetic connection with all his patients. He has always tried to maintain a professional, caring and supportive relationship with all my kids. My son respects this man so much that during his school year, he tries to get good grades just because Dr. Saeed told him too! You cannot go wrong with this place, here you will find excellent medical care for your child. The only thing I would suggest is better receptionist. There are two receptionist that have been with Dr. Saeed for many years now that are great, supper efficient but then there are some of the newer receptionist that can be very rude over the phone, some show very little intrest in the medical care of your children, many of them just rush over the phone without properly screening the parents needs or make quick unreasonably decisions. But I guess you can't have it all in life. lol To sum up, we love Advanced Pediatric Care in Bolingbrook! read more
