Interviewed for a job here with two executive level leaders. The experience wasn't too great…read more Archaic questions like, "what are your top three greatest weaknesses?" and "what do you hate most about your current job?". They pressed (hard) when attempting to answer diplomatically. These are poor and antiquated prompts that don't allow you to truly get to know a candidate. The final follow up was unnecessarily prolonged and when feedback about the interview was politely requested, one of the interviewers responded by writing that they were no longer in the same role and didn't offer to help; the other interviewer has yet to reply. Advice: ask better questions, smile, don't play stump the chump and when you request honest feedback about your organization during what could have been a productive conversation, don't take it personal. Hire people that are smarter and more experienced than you so they can help fix your issues instead of dismissing them over minutiae.

Foremost, this address is incorrect. Chicago Family Health Center is at: 9119 S. Exchange Avenue…read more I just joined a class action lawsuit against this place. An attorney came to me, I didn't have to go looking. Because the staff at this place has taken it upon themselves to deny me my medication for my diabetes. After three conversations with this person who refused to give me her name, she finally told me that I have to see the doctor, because I haven't seen him in more than 3 months. She could have told me that 2 weeks ago. After the experiences that I've had in the past, I was planning to make an appointment after I received my medication. Because they attempted to reschedule me on 3 occasions, because they overbooked appointments. Again, I'm tired of the racism! However, with this person putting my life in jeopardy, if I die before I find another doctor, at least my family will get paid for their negligence. It's too bad that the staff seems to think all Black males are stupid. The only reason why I came here is because I liked my doctor, Dr. Cone!

God forbid if its life threatening. Difficult to reach a nurse and provider by phone or in person. Improvement is needed in making patients visits a one stop shop, to address all issues at once, and not having to return multiple occasions or see different providers. Fix these things!

Too many grinning phony people. They call you constantly trying to get you to make an appointment…read moreeven though you were just there. I went there for a tb test and exam that I needed to start substitute teaching. I got a copy of the tb test but when I asked for a copy of the exam results I was told that it wasn't an exam that I took, just an introduction since it was my first time there. Thank goodness I found that I didn't need a copy of the exam which consisted entirely of taking my blood pressure and pulse in my ankle. I would like to know how they listed that when they billed medicare. I went for an exam a year later and it was just the same as the first one minus the ankle pulse and like before, they tried to get me to make another appointment - FOR WHAT - another non exam. I am through with them after seeing them take advantage of a lot of old people. I'm old but I'm not senile or stupid. Yes they have all of those nice activities and amenities but I'll settle for a thorough exam.

However, I decided not to change my appointment to an Advocate site much further away from my home. I am proud to say that I was pleasantly surprised! Upon entering the hospital I noticed that it was clean and had new furniture in the waiting room area that was aesthetically appealing! From the intake clerks at the front desk, to the medical assistants, nurses and physicians, all were professional and pleasant! That was about 10 years ago. Since then my family and I have had other procedures, along with physical therapy and ER visits at Trinity Hospital and can report that all encounters have been positive. Keep up the excellent work Trinity Hospital!
