I reached out to David AV Installations after searching for the highest-rated TV mounting companies in West Hollywood. From the very beginning, my representative Stephen was responsive, detailed, and enthusiastic about helping. I was nervous about the feasibility for installing my 65" on the wall over my fireplace, but Stephen reviewed photos I sent of my living room and was confident they could do the job. He gave me an estimate and scheduled me for as soon as my TV mount was delivered! On the day of install, David and Javier came to my home and did a FABULOUS job. They were respectful of my home by laying down protective floor cloth, and were kind and funny. They found the studs right away and installed my new Mantel Mount which lets me pull the TV down to a better eye level when watching. David and Javier did such a great job mounting my TV, it looks great - they hid the wires in the wall and made sure the TV was exactly as I wanted it, and perfectly level. I called David last min and he came and put my room tv and my living room tv on the wall he was amazing I will be calling him again .

I hired a guy from thumbback to change my TV mount to emotional TV mount he installed it and he did not check to see if the TV is level he left early because he said I have another call he did not measure anything so I find out after he left 15 minutes later that my TV is a cricket on one side and he didn't even bother to come back to fix the problem when I called him I asked him to come back and check the TV and see if he can adjust it and send him a picture he said that is nothing I can do I said I don't want to leave you bad review he said I don't care go ahead. I can't believe this kind of customer I left him bad review on thumbback I have really bad experience with Thumbback I will never use them again. I went on Yelp I send a quote I got a few quote from different installer then David contact me he send me his phone number and he said send me the mount link website I send him the mount Link I bought it from Amazon and that's the way it should be he looked at the link and he found out this month it can be adjust and he contact me and said I can adjust your mouth without taking your TV down he showed up the next day and he fixed it Without taking that TV down he measured everything level it. Im very satisfied very professional and he knows what he's doing highly recommend good guy reliable I was very happy that He was able to adjust it without taking the TV down. I forgot to mention I paid the other guy $250 and he did not even bother to come back. It's very important to have reliable technician and they care about their reputation and bad reviews some of these technician out there they do not care you live in bad review they change their name That's why if you notice most these technicians didn't use their rename. So I highly recommend David. And David he has only for $75 for service charge basically it's called service call I give him $100. Of course if he had to take the TV down he will charge me $125 which is still very reasonable price and sometime to be honest with you out there don't go for the cheapest one because you will never know what happens your TV mount would be cricket they drop your TV Etc honest it's not worth it.

1.) I called David to mount my TV in Rosamond, CA. He mounted it perfectly and expeditiously. I am very pleased with his work. 2.) I called David again to upgrade my TV mount and install a Naomi Home Bliss Modern Freestanding Wall Mounted Entertainment Center. David was able to install it exactly where and how I needed it to be and edit it to fit my pre-existing mount and he did this within 3 hours. I highly recommend for any mounts needed throughout the AV.

Wow! David has built me the safest, reliable, and sturdy fireplace tv mount (the ones that you can pull down) on my precious oled 77 inch TV! This specific task is not easy to do at all! I called him on last minute notice and he showed up the next day! That is why I am keeping him around for future business. Not many installation teams are capable or provide such an amazing price for his efforts. I highly recommend David to anyone who is looking for a creative and amazing solution to their homes. Absolutely fantastic service!! I had an appointment set up for a Wednesday, but they ran into issues on a job site before mine. He called well before my appointment time to explain and reschedule. Knowing that I have to work, he rescheduled and took time out on a holiday so I wouldn't have to take off from work. Whilst at my house, he displayed the utmost courtesy, explained every step, gave me pointers and recommendations, and ensured I was completely satisfied. I bought a new TV and signed into Nextdoor for installer recommendations and David was suggested by another neighbor as being honest and knowledgeable. I had a new LG TV that would need to be installed to replace an existing Samsung TV and the Samsung would need to be installed in the location of a prior TV we had sold. When I called David, he responded promptly and said he'd be there the following morning to start the job. David arrived with a helper and things went along smoothly until it was time to mount the new TV when David discovered that the new TV using the existing mount's location would place the TV too high on the wall. He was limited as to where he could move the mount because of 2 electrical outlets in the wall. After quite a few adjustments to both the mount and the adjustments on the back of the TV, David had the new TV in the exact place that the Samsung had hung. I was amazed; David is a miracle worker! David then mounted the Samsung on its stand and recommended I install a brace for the Samsung TV or mount it on the wall as the Samsung stand was not safe and the TV could tip over and fall. That was considerate of him to mention that safety issue. David finished by completing the LG setup and programming the Dish remotes for both TV's. When I was made aware of the mount location problem, I thought I'd have to live with the problem or buy another type of mount, but David's experience and knowledge saved the day! The service I received from David AV Installations deserves five stars. After making an impulse buy of a monster sized TV from Costco I needed a solution to get it hung. Thankfully, I found David on Yelp one phone call later and he was scheduled to come to my house the next day. He and his assistant did a great job and left the area cleaner than they found it. Horrible! I scheduled an appointment with David 3 days ago to come mount two TV's tomorrow 4/23 9:00am I texted him tonite to confirm his appointment, and here is a copy of his response at 9:59 pm I have taken a work for tomorrow. But I can do it on Saturday afternoon.... What is he even saying? He's doing another job? Or, he's taking the day off? Regardless, I told him not to come, I'll find someone more reliable and values excellent customer service. Things happen I understand that, but it's obvious he had all day to notify me. David was very professional and answered all of our questions. We got 3 TVs mounted and one of them had electrical done as well as our soundbar connected to the TV. 2 of them have full motion mounts. I bought the one for my room from him. He had them with him. He was very fast and was done way before I expected him to be. He was very respectful to the house and our belongings. I submitted an inquiry for an estimate with David to have my tv mounted on the wall and he responded fairly quickly. He provided me with a quote and arrived for the installation as promised. The cost was reasonable and his work was EXCELLENT!!! He gave me suggestions on the installation and I couldn't be happy with the results. All cables are behind the wall, no exposed wiring. He installed an electric outlet behind the tv which provides access for additional devices in the future. I've had tv's mounted on the wall by Best Buy in the past but the work received can't compare to the professional work of David. I will definitely contact him in the future for more electrical work and installations. read more

Had a great experience working with David. I contacted him via yelp to request a quote on a tv mounting job and he was able to get back to me right away. He was pretty busy so he wasn't able to get me in right away but we were able to figure out a day that worked for the both of our schedules. He got here on time and ready to handle the job. He works fast and you can tell he's done several of these as he finishes extremely fast without ever doubting his work. Let me be absolutely clear. If you are looking for a professional TV Mounting job then you must contact David. The television was mounted exceptionally well and he even hid the wires. Let it be known, during the installation David educated the family on the mounting process as well as rewiring. He took all Covid-19 precautions and we could not be more happy. Thank you David, you definitely gained new customers for all of our television and electrical rewiring needs. read more

i requested to hang a 55' wall mount and new placement of outlet/rewiring thru wall to exit behind tv with also the aux wire for cable rewired to exit behind the tv and he did an excellent job, repatching, rewIring, the whole job was worth every dime! I live in a rental so he understood no permanent changes/ quick change back ..... he did a great job listening to what I wanted, he charges accordingly and fair , and honestly skys the limit with him....what you want you get he offered to place a shelf under tv for modem and router but I wanted nothing showing I didn't mind the minimal spacing about 3in from wall read more

I searched for sometime for someone to install a surveillance system in my apartment complex. I had previously bought the system, and the initial installer flaked. From the point of first contact, David was responsive in providing a prompt estimate viewing the location and the system to be installed. He was conscientious to ensure desired locations of cameras as well as understanding the views I needed. The system was to be housed in a lockbox inside an exterior utility cabinet unfortunately, the lockbox for the NVR did not fit in my cabinet the way it was designed, but David was willing to go above and beyond to try and accommodate it. In the end, we had to install it in a side opening direction instead of the top down direction desired, but his willingness to try to solve the problem speaks volumes about how he services his customers. He also installed photo light sensors on two buildings. David and his helper did an excellent job...even my tenants were impressed! I would definitely use David's services again, and highly recommend him. read more

David is the best!!!!! I highly recommend him. I had a horrible experience with a hack-job company named Puls (avoid them at all costs). We were living with the dilapidated install they did and were devastated as we just completed a remodel. A friend referred me to David who had installed several television mounts for him.l and wired his house for sound. I called David and scheduled an appointment. He came over within a day and immediately assessed what the other company did wrong and how to correct their work. He was prompt, educated about what was needed and how to do it. He came and did the work in a meticulous and timely manner. He's not just great for television installs - anything electrical AND wiring your home to be a smart home ie sound systems, Ring cameras, WEMO's, Nests, outdoor outlets - he's awesome. If you need any or all of the above - do yourself a favor and call David. So excited to find someone who takes pride in their work and knows so much about their field and does it for a reasonable price. read more

I requested David to instal my tv and soundbar above my fireplace, as well as run the wires and cables behind the wall. not only did he meticulously hang the tv and soundbar with precision and ease, he installed an additional outlet behind the tv allowing for future tv upgrades and other equipment options. We will definitely be using them again for our surround sound system. David was very clean and very professional. we spoke on the phone and was very courteous, we set up a time for the following day and was 10 min early.
