I reached out to David AV Installations after searching for the highest-rated TV mounting companies in West Hollywood. From the very beginning, my representative Stephen was responsive, detailed, and enthusiastic about helping. I was nervous about the feasibility for installing my 65" on the wall over my fireplace, but Stephen reviewed photos I sent of my living room and was confident they could do the job. He gave me an estimate and scheduled me for as soon as my TV mount was delivered! On the day of install, David and Javier came to my home and did a FABULOUS job. They were respectful of my home by laying down protective floor cloth, and were kind and funny. They found the studs right away and installed my new Mantel Mount which lets me pull the TV down to a better eye level when watching. David and Javier did such a great job mounting my TV, it looks great - they hid the wires in the wall and made sure the TV was exactly as I wanted it, and perfectly level. I recommend David AV Installers to ANYONE looking to have a TV mounted. Stephen, David, and Javier were professional, effective, and fairly priced. Thank you SO much!!!

I hired a guy from thumbback to change my TV mount to emotional TV mount he installed it and he did not check to see if the TV is level he left early because he said I have another call he did not measure anything so I find out after he left 15 minutes later that my TV is a cricket on one side and he didn't even bother to come back to fix the problem when I called him I asked him to come back and check the TV and see if he can adjust it and send him a picture he said that is nothing I can do I said I don't want to leave you bad review he said I don't care go ahead. I can't believe this kind of customer I left him bad review on thumbback I have really bad experience with Thumbback I will never use them again. I went on Yelp I send a quote I got a few quote from different installer then David contact me he send me his phone number and he said send me the mount link website I send him the mount Link I bought it from Amazon and that's the way it should be he looked at the link and he found out this month it can be adjust and he contact me and said I can adjust your mouth without taking your TV down he showed up the next day and he fixed it Without taking that TV down he measured everything level it. Im very satisfied very professional and he knows what he's doing highly recommend good guy reliable I was very happy that He was able to adjust it without taking the TV down. I forgot to mention I paid the other guy $250 and he did not even bother to come back. It's very important to have reliable technician and they care about their reputation and bad reviews some of these technician out there they do not care you live in bad review they change their name That's why if you notice most these technicians didn't use their rename. So I highly recommend David. And David he has only for $75 for service charge basically it's called service call I give him $100. Of course if he had to take the TV down he will charge me $125 which is still very reasonable price and sometime to be honest with you out there don't go for the cheapest one because you will never know what happens your TV mount would be cricket they drop your TV Etc honest it's not worth it.

1.) I called David to mount my TV in Rosamond, CA. He mounted it perfectly and expeditiously. I am very pleased with his work. 2.) I called David again to upgrade my TV mount and install a Naomi Home Bliss Modern Freestanding Wall Mounted Entertainment Center. David was able to install it exactly where and how I needed it to be and edit it to fit my pre-existing mount and he did this within 3 hours. I highly recommend for any mounts needed throughout the AV.

David has worked for me on 3 different occasions. The first time he installed 1 TV in a bedroom and moved the plug so there would be no exposed TV wire.That was 3 years ago. The installation was perfect. Last year he installed 2 large TV's and moved the plugs. He did the drywall repair perfectly. At the same time he moved one of the older TV's into my office. Another perfect job. On all the TV installations. He set up the new TV's with internet and Al's. Everything worked when he left. Today David installed a plug for me in a closet and replaced two other plugs. Another excellent job. I highly recommend David as he is very professional and conscientious. He takes pride in his work. I was looking for a company to help install my 55" Samsung TV in my bedroom. The TV is very heavy (90 lbs.) and is made out of glass, I knew this was a job for a professional so I decided to message David. He responded right away and scheduled my appointment for Friday morning. He sent me a confirmation text and provided his time of arrival. He came prepared, brought all his tools and a technician to assist him. They carried the TV upstairs and started working right away. I really appreciated how honest and communicative he was the entire time, they also vacuumed up the dust that was left behind from the drywall. I asked them to conceal the wires and I'm so happy I did because it looks great! I'm very satisfied with the entire experience and I highly recommend David and his team. I reached out via yelp & David responded immediately with a price quote/availability . I scheduled my appointment but received my tv mount a day earlier. I reached out to David and asked if he was available later in the day and he responded immediately and was available. David communicated his arrival time and was very professional. He thoroughly explained the process of mounting my 75 inch tv. He mounted the tv and made sure it was centered. He also made sure my tv turned on and connected to my wifi since it was a new tv. We contacted David to install a Ring doorbell camera and possibly add wireless security cameras and motion-activated floodlights. He gave us recommendations about the product we had and what he felt would be more efficient. We appreciated his expertise and purchased cameras that would work with the Ring system, and he installed everything while guiding us in our choices of placement and the setup. He also gave us advice on upgrading our internet equipment to make sure everything operated correctly. When we decided to add another floodlight, he recommended an additional product to be hard-wired, and he made and kept an appointment to install it and reposition the camera he had already installed. David was great about keeping us informed of his arrival time, choosing the correct equipment, and helping us navigate setting up the new system. He was respectful and efficient, and we are very happy with the end result. We definitely recommend his services. read more

David was prompt, considerate and informative. He mounted our TV in less than 20 mins when some google searches suggested the average is an hour or 2. He even provided screws that we couldn't find. Also, he gave us quotes for other installation services he provides (ceiling fans, lighting, doorbells etc) and walked us through some troubling wiring we have in our kitchen. I had to request his services twice for the same TV because initially I purchased poor quality TV mount and then I bought another good quality mount. I searched for sometime for someone to install a surveillance system in my apartment complex. I had previously bought the system, and the initial installer flaked. From the point of first contact, David was responsive in providing a prompt estimate viewing the location and the system to be installed. He was conscientious to ensure desired locations of cameras as well as understanding the views I needed. The system was to be housed in a lockbox inside an exterior utility cabinet unfortunately, the lockbox for the NVR did not fit in my cabinet the way it was designed, but David was willing to go above and beyond to try and accommodate it. In the end, we had to install it in a side opening direction instead of the top down direction desired, but his willingness to try to solve the problem speaks volumes about how he services his customers. He also installed photo light sensors on two buildings. David and his helper did an excellent job...even my tenants were impressed! I would definitely use David's services again, and highly recommend him. read more

David is the best!!!!! I highly recommend him. I had a horrible experience with a hack-job company named Puls (avoid them at all costs). We were living with the dilapidated install they did and were devastated as we just completed a remodel. A friend referred me to David who had installed several television mounts for him.l and wired his house for sound. I called David and scheduled an appointment. He came over within a day and immediately assessed what the other company did wrong and how to correct their work. He was prompt, educated about what was needed and how to do it. He came and did the work in a meticulous and timely manner. He's not just great for television installs - anything electrical AND wiring your home to be a smart home ie sound systems, Ring cameras, WEMO's, Nests, outdoor outlets - he's awesome. If you need any or all of the above - do yourself a favor and call David. So excited to find someone who takes pride in their work and knows so much about their field and does it for a reasonable price. read more
