Complete and utter scam. They will quote you less, then charge you more the day of. They will steal desirables from you when they take your stuff to a "distribution center." They do this regardless if you purchased insurance or not and they are fine paying out $60 for all the stuff they steal and probably re-sell for profits. Do not use this company!! Two guys in a budget moving truck came to my place in Chicago. They were fused to pull in my driveway and try to charge me $350. Then they try to tell me a flight of stairs was seven stairs. They then tried to charge me per stair. Next they said they couldn't take my credit card payment but still loaded my items on the truck. I called them for five days straight trying to get them to take a payment and no one would call me back! I hired Diving Moving Group and was scammed. The company conned me in to believing they are a moving company. Rickey Paige is who booked the move. Rickey told me Diving Moving Group would be moving my belongings. Rickey took a deposit of $600.00. Rickey Paige pushed for me to pay in the form of a check. They do that because they know the check will be cashed before you realize it was a SCAM. I paid by credit card. I did not know this company is a BROKER and the $600.00 is a fee for Divine Moving Group. They pocket $600.00 as a fee for finding a moving company. I was not aware of any of this until the middle of the move. David and Goliath Moving showed up at our door. They arrived in a Ryder moving truck, had no company logo shirts and the paperwork that was plain. All of this brings up a lot of questions and red flags. I had sent Rickey a detailed list of all the items they would need to load and sent images of all the items. Rickey was fully aware of the size of the load!!!Divine Moving Group quoted me $1650 for my out of state move. I was told 4 professional moving guys would show up at 8am. I was told that it would take two hours to load the truck. I was told Divine Moving Group was moving another couple to GA and that was why they could offer me such a great rate. Lie!!! The guys arrived 3 hours late and there were 3 guys and not 4. They started loading immediately and were not respectful of our belongings. My husband walked outside to find... our NEW sofa that has a wooden back face down (not on its legs) on bare concrete. When my husband pointed out the scratch David & Goliath Moving had put on our NEW sofa...the mover replied that can be fixed with a furniture marker. They also did the same thing with a new wooden table. I have included a picture. I will have to get wood filler and a stain to try to fix the chips in my table. Ridiculous moving errors big time and such a low class company. My husband was the one who was dealing with David & Goliath Moving. He wasn't aware of some of the details that Divine Moving Group had given me. Both companies almost immediately pulled the old "bait and switch" on us once they had most of our stuff in the truck. My husband called me and said the movers said they needed a bigger truck and another guy. The quote went up to $2300.00. I started to get an uneasy feeling the minute they showed up. Call it a gut feeling. The numbers almost doubled, the company did not appear to be successful or professional and the movers were not moving our furniture with any respect. The big red flag was when... the movers told my husband they were going to load our stuff and deliver it in a few days. I did not agree to this and Devine Moving Group. I was told my stuff would be moved the same day. I looked up David and Goliath Moving and saw very bad reviews 2.5 out of 5 average. I saw reviews from people who never recieved their belongings, were told their belongings got LOST, some people received other people's belongings and a few people actually received stuff and most of it was highly damaged furniture. I had a feeling if our stuff left our house we would NEVER see it again!!!I told my husband (who had been dealing with these idiots from 11am-7pm) Keep in mind most of the day was spent waiting for a second truck. The guys sat in the Ryder truck (drinking sodas my husband gave them) and talking on their phones. After seeing the horrific reviews we told them if they could NOT deliver our stuff TONIGHT we were backing out. Eli ( the manager) and his crew demanded $1500.00 cash to unload our furniture and held it HOSTAGE. My husband called the police who reviewed the crooked contract from both Devine Moving Group and David & Goliath Moving. The well written and crooked contract states that once the furniture is on the truck..for liability reasons (yeah right) the customer could not go on the truck for any reason. The police said it was a civil court situation. Karma does return when one of the movers is arrested for an outstanding warrant. Trust me ELI knows what he can and can't do!!! We had already paid a $600.00 deposit and now ELI is demanding $1500.00 more (CASH) We negotiated a deal with this criminal company for $500.00 to unload. Our furniture never left our driveway and will cost us a TOTAL of $1100 (deposit- $600.00 and unload $500.00) Eli told his guys to dump our furniture in our driveway. My husband heard him say it over a phone conversation. Eli knows his SCAM and had the nerve to tell my husband to call the cops. That tells me he's been down this road many times and knows his scam very well. It took the guys 1 hour to unload at an average of $250.00 an hour for x2. David and Goliath is, without a doubt, the worst company I've ever dealt with. Not worst moving company- worst company. Not only did they take a month longer than their salesperson told me to deliver my possessions, charge me additional fees, and failed to answer my calls, they lost four of the boxes from my move. Now, boxes get lost all the time, right? Not like this. I have been missing my boxes for ten months. I have not heard back from my submitted claim. I called David and Goliath ten times a day for a MONTH in August until someone got back to me. My mother went down in person to their offices before they finally got back to me. Read that again: I had to send my MOTHER to their PHYSICAL OFFICES before they would call me. Once I got a working phone number, they consistently (aka every time I spoke to them) insisted they would call me back, and then failed to. Finally, in October, they tried to find my boxes, failed, and promised to call me back. I have not heard from them since, and since I lost their random employee's phone number and their main phone line doesn't even work, I have no way to get in contact with them. Terrible company, avoid at all costs, beware of con artists. Atlanta warehouse pickup crew of three stole $1,500 worth of electronics (limited edition PS4 pro, Parrot drone with case) out of my unlabeled boxes. Don't leave your boxes open when they show up for pickup as the crew members will glance into your open boxes to see which item(s) to steal at a later time. I couldn't believe they stole from me after I gave them $375 cash in tip. The company's customer care couldn't care less, management is unreachable and doesn't even return calls from police detectives. The check I wrote to them was endorsed "David & Goliath Moving & Storage" on the back at the time of deposit. Apparently, David & Goliath Moving & Storage is a company that shut down in July 2018. They also call their business "Moving Services" which I believe is another alias. In addition, my relocation bill was increased by 75% after my goods were loaded onto the truck. I hired another company (EZ Moving Van Lines) and they contracted this company. The movers damaged more than half of my stuff and most of my large items and furniture that they wrapped. I never seen anything like this before. I have to replace my furniture and personal belongings. When the movers arrived, they made me pay them additional money in cash before they would move my stuff into my place. They would not give me a receipt for the additional money I gave them. When the movers were done, they charged more to the credit card than they were suppose to. Save yourself a headache and do not do business with this company. read more

Worst moving experience ever. I called for a quote and they gave me one that was much cheaper than all the other companies. I asked if I needed to account for my personal belongings and small items and they said they would only charge for the big ones. I then scheduled my moving to two days before I had my flight at 9AM. They showed up only one day after that at 8PM. After loading everything on the truck, they told me my balance and it was more than twice the agreed! They knew I had my flight the next day it was almost 11PM and they had all my stuff. It was not even worth paying that much as I didnt have many expensive things! I complained and the manager gave me a 200 dollars discount, which was something like 7% discount. On the day of the delivery, the balance didnt have the discount included and, as I had the exact amount in cash, I asked them to check the discount. When they called their boss, he was extra rude with me without even checking if I was right, as it was my fault that prices were not well explained originally and that they failed to communicate the discount to the movers. I was right and he didnt even apologize. I had some small stuff broken during the moving, the edges of some tables and desks were damaged, there was a box that wasn't mine among my stuff full of food and it made a huge mess as a package of noodles exploded inside my boxes. I am speaking as someone who did some work for the company. The 2 1/2 stars were redeemed because of Mo. For the record, Mo had only been w/ the company for less than a month when I joined him. So he probably was NOT involved with the moves in question. 1. They have/had a storage facility here in the west burbs. I helped a guy with loading the truck. The guy I worked with, Mo, was a good guy. I watched this guy work his tail off for 10-12 hours or more to do a good job. I was with him on a 90+ degree day trying to load a truck SIMILAR in size to the one you see here (and ZERO circulation). This guy & I worked hard over a period of 3 days (I actually worked another partial shift which I will address. Mo took care of the items as best as he could. Some of the packages were packed so poorly (e.g., unsecured boxes, loose plastic containers, etc.) it made the job a challenge but we got everything in one piece. If Mo is on the scene of the load, you SHOULD be ok. As I said, I worked with this guy first hand and he's as good as any mover I've seen. As I already said, Mo broke his tail w/ me to make sure our load was done right. We both (along w/ 2 other guys on Day 3) took great pride in doing the job right. ANY moving company would be better if every worker was like Mo. 2. The Boss, Eli, can get frustrated at times. The first night went well w/ Mo. The following night, I worked about 8 hours and the job was paid cash at the end of the night. Mo didn't have cash because he thought Eli had the money. Mo tells me that they didn't have any money that night. Since I knew I would return the following night, I let it slide. I took that MUCH better than other would have.Now to his credit, when we were short the second night, he jumped in the fire. The third night, I had to leave early as a relative (who is a senior citizen) had some issues w/ their car. I said I had to leave. An emergency. He seemed upset, despite I left at about 9:30 PM & had been there since 1:30 pm. While I was just trying to be Mr Right now VS Mr Right, I felt a weird shift. The following day, I came to help but there was a guy already there who worked with me the prior day (days 1-2 it was just Mo & I alone for most of the shirt; other guys just quit because they couldn't do the job & these guys were almost 1/2 my age). I was there for about 20 minutes or so when Eli arrived (Mo was out on a job). Eli said he needed 1 guy to help. I said I'd go (since I lived not far & the other guy, who I'll call "Dreads" came from the city). For over an hour, Eli & "Dreads" (who he said wasn't working) were arguing. I'm helping where w/his stuff & another crew. So next thing I know, I'm "wrapping up a particular order" (a load that's going to the same place but shrink-wrapped to keep order in a warehouse) and heard a strange sound. It was the sound of all 4 garage doors closing and worse yet, I was unsure how to get out. Fortunately for me, I saw a door I didn't notice and was opened. When I got outside, Eli & "Dreads" were STILL arguing. I sat back, helped the other crew, and let the heat cool down. Before I realized it, Eli left and didn't pay me ($36 for the time I was working). He paid the guy who he said wasn't doing the job, but didn't pay me?!?!?! I called Mo but he was unsure what to do. I had some other issues I had to deal with over a 2 week period & couldn't really drive much. I finally get things back in order and I want to finally settle w/ Mo & MAYBE do some more work. The following week after my last contact from Mo, I came up twice (I know Thursday August 28th for certain, before Labor Day). No truck or crew. The guy on site said Mo would return sometime after Labor Day. For 4 days post Labor Day (Wednesday through Saturday), no voice mail or text was of mine were returned and it seems Mo left town as well. If he said that he was going to leave on Day X or "hey, I'm going to leave on Friday before Labor Day & if you don't get here, I'm not sure when I'll be back" as a reply, I would have figured out a way to get there sooner. My impression was he'll be around for a while longer. I lost 3 hours I could have done something else & didn't get paid in the process (the latter is what upset me). By the time I try to go there again (trip #3 should they return) I will probably use at least $15-20 or so in gas alone (about 20 miles, one way). What a shame. When I asked point blank, they gave me the run around and said they thought customer service told me. The item was valued at $1,500 and they only offered me $70 to replace it. When I sent a letter for arbitration, which is legally binding, they completely ignored it and I proceeding with small claims court. The customer service is unhelpful and un cooperative. They took good care of our things and were polite to my family and really helped out with getting everything done in good time for my kids to start at their new school with all of their things. We will definitely be recommending this company to other military households that need to relocate, they did a great job and the moving fees were within our relocation budget, even with the extra we needed to pay for the extra stuff not on our original inventory list we gave them. I would love to give this company 0 stars. This is (as has been stated from other reviewers) the WORST company. I want to second the experience Leonardo N. had with the initial quote and how it was much, much higher later. In my case, I gave them the dimensions of all the items and still was charged more. It seems like this is their go to method for defrauding people. After they give you the higher quote and you complain, they will give you a small discount as if that makes up for their lies in the first place. Another thing I've noticed is that once a terrible (and justified review) is posted, there is usually a 5 star one that goes on top of it. This is true also on the BBB site. Our own personal experience with this unbelievably unethical company has been most frustrating and excruciating. And it started from almost the very beginning of the process. This move was for my elderly parents who are on a fixed income. They paid for a service (note that it was more than was initially quoted and some items that were delivered were broken) and 3 months later my parents are still waiting on the rest of their items, a backpacking pack, a suitcase, and a bike. As of now, we have not received any help in resolving this issue except to apologize and thank us for our patience (which is not getting our items to us any faster). It is also always us reaching out. They have not once called to give updates. I have responded many times on their online ticket thread and there have not been any replies. My parents worked extremely hard and do not frivolously spend on unnecessary items. Everything in the pack and suitcase was hard earned and some are sentimental items including a blanket that my grandmother knitted. SCAMMERS AND LIARS!!! DO NOT USE DAVID & GOLIATH!!!! YOU WILL BE OVERCHARGED AND EXTORTED!!!!! I recently moved from Fairhope, AL to Temecula, CA and hired EZ Moving Van Lines. EZ Moving Van Lines is a broker, located in West Palm Beach, FL and they used David & Goliath Moving and Storage, located in Norcross, GA to actually move my belongings from AL to CA. Issue: * I paid them $3,001 as a deposit on 3/28/2017 based on an estimate of 5,000 pounds with the understanding that if my stuff weighed more than 5k pounds, I would pay an additional $.48 per pound. If my stuff weighed less than 5k pounds, the delivery driver would pay me back $.48 per pound overage at the time they deliver. * I called on 4/3 to find out the final weight of my stuff and David & Goliath advised me that it weighed 13,700 pounds! * They advised me that before they will deliver, they needed another $4,800 for the extra weight! * I KNEW they made a mistake on my weight and kept insisting that they reweigh. They refused but finally agreed to reweigh, but I had to pay to reweigh it at $600. I told them that I would pay for it IF I was in error but if they made the mistake, then they would have to reimburse me. * Therefore, I paid the driver, Chris, $5,400 in CASH and met him at the weigh station. The weight was noted and then they delivered my belongings to the house. We went back to the weigh station to find out the empty weight so we can determine the final weight of my belongings. * It weighed 6,100 pounds! They were over charging me by $3,600 and in addition to the $600 cash paid for reweighing, they owe me a refund of $4,134.12 for over charging me. * They made all kinds of promises for over a month stating that they would mail me the refund, wire it to my account, it's in the mail, kind of excuses but I never received anything. * David & Goliath sent me a release form to sign that I wouldn't sue or "bad mouth" them. They stated that as soon as I sign the form, I would get my refund. Against my better judgment, I did sign, notarize and certified mail back to them. I followed their instructions to the letter and spent another $45 in fees to get the form sent to them so that I can get my money. * After they received the notarized form, they sent me an email stating that they made a mistake and that they only owe me $3k, and not $4,134. They wanted me to sign another release form for the $3k and once they receive it, I would get my money back. * I REFUSED to sign any more forms. They owe me $4,134 in refund for the overcharge that they admitted was owed to me. I signed their own form stating that they owe me $4,134 for the overcharge and that I would get my refund. They are playing games with me and it's very obvious that they have no intentions of paying me back my money of $4,134. * I've reported them to BBB, having CBS news in ATL expose them, filed a complaint to the DOT, and hired an attorney to file a lawsuit. I'll be contacting the DA in Georgia to file a criminal suit against them. I paid over $8,400 and I should have only paid $4k. No REFUND even AFTER they admitted they overcharged me by $4,134!!!!! read more

This was written for my mother, who is a senior citizen and was treated horribly and had the worst customer experience ever!! AVOID THIS COMPANY... Originally chose this company for the reason told if items picked up on a specific date, I would have my items delivered over a 2 day period, Sept 1st or 2nd, corresponding with a holiday weekend (Labor Day), I thought perfect! They picked up items on 8/24/16, I subsequently left Manhattan, IL for Folsom, CA. NO communication after pickup, just when picked up items, nothing saying delayed or anything, took 2 days off work, only for nothing to show up, made numerous calls after 1st day of nothing, Sept 1st, and finally on the late afternoon of the 2nd arrival date, (Sept 2nd) they told me items were still in IL. I subsequently had to purchase new clothing for work on Tues, new essentials, and was told by Linnea at David and Goliath, someone would call me with an update shortly. I said I will be working and not available for the next 2wks, when they finally called me back they said they can deliver on the next week Friday, or Saturday, Sept 9th or 10th. I said I will not be available, they basically told me oh well, not their problem and I need to make arrangements for the stuff to be dropped off. I was basically strong armed into getting my own stuff!!! Thankfully I have good neighbors who offered to help me while I was working out of town those 2 days. So I had it arranged for them to help. After again not hearing from them on Friday the 9th, subsequently they called me in the evening on Saturday the 10th and said they will be there Sunday am, the 11th and I would need to pay another $300 in fees as their truck supposedly would not fit into my neighborhood and I needed to have CASH the next day or they would not deliver my stuff. Now after reading about a couple other complaints this seems to be common practice for them. Last minute fees... As an older single woman I felt I was taken advantage of in several ways. Forced to take delivery or else attitude, new last minute fees, some of my irreplaceable items broken, and absolutely zero customer service or willingness to work with me. As I mentioned some of them are irreplaceable artifacts from my father during his time in WWII. They overcharged me (of course). Then one of their "storage" employees in GA(?) made off with my brand new in box Samsung 55' TV that I paid over $900 for. The TV was delivered 2 days before I moved. i never even opened the box. I received it in CO (All in one Moving) to find someone's mirror wrapped in a moving blanket and tape. Sorry out there.. I have your mirror if you "lost" it. I did report them to my local police department but due to jurisdiction they couldn't do much. I immediately called "Alex" the supervisor of the movers and sent him photos evidence of what had occurred, was told Eli would call me back. This never happened. I had to pretty much stalk Eli to have a very aggressive (on his side) conversation. You know when someone is that aggressive they know they are in the wrong. I have tried to reconcile with Movingclaims.net (don't trust them either) only to be offered $70 in restitution and $100 when i disputed. I am disputing again. They single handedly destroyed just about every piece of furniture they transported for me from Miami to Los Angeles, and when the insurance procedure started, all they could come up was with $175 dollar reimbursement for a move that cost in excess of $6000. They transported all my furniture in a truck without any paddings at all. No protection to the furniture. Even some pieces of furniture were never delivered and they said that they couldn't find it in their warehouse, so then it was not their responsibility. David and Goliath was subcontracted by Best Movers of America (another terrible company) to move my small shipment. They came over 7 hours late to pick up my shipment. Everything was wrapped nicely. I did not hear from them again until 13 days later when they scheduled my delivery. Again, the truck came over 7 hours later than the time they said they were coming. The subcontracted my shipment with another company (no markings on truck). My boxes were smashed, ripped open and my belongings were all over the truck. Some of the items in the boxes were missing. The items that were wrapped were no longer wrapped and there was damage to furniture. Pieces of furniture were missing. The driver was alone and said he needed help to unload the truck. He stood in the truck and watched me unload and carry the shipment into my apartment. I asked him to help me with the couch and he did. He complained the whole time and said he was losing money on this delivery. He told me I was lucky I didn't leave the shipment on a street corner in the Bronx. Do not use this company. I would give negative stars if I could. My move from Portage IN to North Las Vegas NV was picked up a day late, delivered 3 days late and had 27 missing items. Was charged for items that I should not have been charged for per their contract (to date almost $1000). Second delivery was made on September 11 and still missing 14 items. They only answer the phone if I block my number so they don't know it's me calling. Just got off the phone with Eli who just wants to argue and refuses to listen. He actually said to me that I had NO PROOF of what was loaded on the truck. I have pictures, so nice try. Currently still missing several irreplaceable items, 2 brand new- in bag- bedding sets, a brand new entertainment center - in box. Box of ceramic tiles for patio table was cracked. Do not use this company!!! EZ Moving set up this move and it was a nightmare. It cost more than double and trucker insisted on cash before unloading. David and Goliath Moving / EZ moving Van Line seems to use terms and "tricks" to scam customers without any reliability or accountability. And the terms they are use whenever convenience to them, but what about the violation of the terms of the agreement from EZ Moving provided in contract? Again the movers did not use blankets to wrap most of the items and in results caused damage. And they charged extra fee for labor and wrap (which estimate in contract STATED included). And they EZ moving have done nothing so far to rectify situation even though I had contact them since May 26 regarding the grossly mistaken weight and all other unreasonable fees!? They kept buying time until the mover was physically here and held my property in HOSTAGE demanding payment before they open truck! As the truck opened I was shocked to see the "things" all cramped and stacked on each other like a garbage truck. And the contract listed that service included blanket wrapping of all furniture. But all of the metal furniture articles were not wrapped and they ALL got some degree of damage, dent and bents with scratches. Not to mention a framed art work, all glass shuttered and frames are broken with damaged image!! The sculptured mirror was also broken! All boxes were crushed out of shape (even though marked "Fragile")! Also, there is missing item which they still haven't responded to my request of the re-delivery date.And I just found out mover's name DAVID AND GOLIATH MOVING they are contracting with and work together to scam, steal and break other people's property and pulling the same trick after I looked them up. They should never be allowed to be registered as legitimate moving "service" company. These people set up business just go after people's valuables and money without providing proper service. PLEASE READ THIS FEEDBACK THOUROUGHLY AND STAY AWAY FROM EZ MOVING VAN LINES AND DAVID & GOLIATH MOVING!!! THEY are both Scam artists and will lie and misrepresent what they tell you to get your business and then scam you out of more money later. If you are reading ANY 5 star review on either of these companies, it's because it is FAKE and most likely written by one of their company employees. I even recognized one of the names from one review as it was from their customer service person I spoke to numerous times that NEVER helped me. If you decide to use EZ movers, they are a broker that will give you a low ball estimate, get a deposit, and make all these promises you are looking for in a move. Guess what.....they are liars. Once they get your first deposit you are totally out of luck as they will go back over your list of items and all of sudden change your estimate, asking for MORE money. In my case, I went down by 5 items yet because the nature of the items changed, they took my original estimate of 2000 LBS, which they try and sell you on you pay by weight only, and now overinflated my weight by another 622 pounds....increasing my new estimate by $700. Now they want more deposit which even though I had certified weight tickets that shows I was still under the original estimate of 2000 lbs, they come back and tell you there is fine print in contract where you only get like 10% back so I got back $62 from the extra $700 I had to pay even though I stayed under my first estimate weight and the guy who did my second estimate repeatedly told me when I asked, if I stay under the weight will my first estimate be legit and he completely lies and tells me yes. Then the fun begins where you find out they actually hire another company named DAVID & GOLIATH out of Norcross, GA that is the most unprofessional and shady company I have ever worked with besides EZ MOVERS. They mistreat ALL of your stuff as they will throw it around, mishandle it, break it, and just don't care. Then they will LIE to you repeatedly when they will deliver...which in my case they lied three times in two weeks and finally got the phone number to the driver who told me they lied and that he wouldn't be able to deliver like almost week later when I was told it would already be there. You will deal with the most unprofessional and non responsive office workers where they give you no information and will continue to string you along with lies to continue to buy time. If I had more room here I could on and on because this was the most awful experience I have ever experienced in my life hands down. They have you life belongings hostage and basically extort more money from you to deliver it with all of these extra fees they don't tell you about and will refuse to take it off the truck unless you don't pay. I just cannot believe either of these companies can continue to do business and treat people this way. Somebody needs to put both of these mis-leading companies out of business because they don't deserve to continue taking advantage of people. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT use either of these companies and save yourself a bunch of heartache. This company is terrible and a rip off! They first go by Best Movers located on 9412 S Trumbull in Evergreen Park, IL 60805 with a telephone number listed as 708-512-4005, which no one answers. If you leave a message, the sales rep by the name of "Ricky" will contact you from a supposedly off site telephone of 281-827-2549, he will take your information and give you the details; Friday rate is $149/hr, 3 men, 1 truck. However there's no mention of this other name they go by on the actual contract "David & Goliath Moving and Storage" somewhere in Norcross, GA. Then fails to include the one hour travel time they charge because of their location in Carol Stream, mind you the website states Evergreen Park. Then was going to charge an extra $75 if your move consisted of more than 8 steps. After "Ricky" contacts you with information and gets your moving date, a woman calls a couple days later to confirm the date, then the manager "Elijah" calls to confirm your date and time frame the day before your move. At this point, I noticed a familiar voice from that of "Ricky" and "Elijah", they sounded the same but not quite sure. It wasn't until the payment was due when "Elijah" wanted to charge me for 7 hours of labor plus travel time, when my move was only 4 hours. It was not a pretty conversation because he told me my total was $745. After arguing for several minutes with "Elijah" on the phone, he asked me if I wanted to speak with his manager, of course I said yes, but guess what, he supposedly placed his manager "Alex" on the phone to listen to my complaint (he deducted $45), again a familiar voice, it was the same voice of that of Ricky, Elijah and Alex, all three men had the same voice playing different roles. Honestly, I don't know what "HIS" real name is. I might have been speaking with the same person from day one. None the less, the movers did their job and were friendly, although there were some scratches found of my furniture after unpacking. All together a really bad stomach turning experience and will never hire this company again. How can I protect myself from scammers like this if I do ask the right questions, but the company doesn't disclose the hidden fees or hidden agenda they have to rob you? read more
