Don't trust this place get a second opinion. I think he (Carlos) enjoys jackin up the bill just to see how much money he can bring in. Just saying, WATCH OUT. He also charged me 50.00 to look at the car, visually. With today's inflation this guy should be ashamed of himself, it's a game to him. I figured I'd try one more time before giving up because this time it wasn't just about me. I wanted to be able to drive my nephews around, but I couldn't because of the North Carolina heat. So, I took it to Henn Automotive, where they properly diagnosed the issue and COMPLETELY FIXED IT!!!!! Thank you guys so very much!!! After I got in my car and felt that cold air, I actually cried because I was so grateful. You were the first people to properly diagnose the problem and fix it. I can't thank you enough!!!! -Beth

Disappointing. Negative reviews are accurate. Significantly over charged on labor and parts…read moredespite asking the question on why the labor charge was so high on a memory seat motor replacement. Charged for a seat switch at ~57% upcharge despite absolutely no communication that the part was not working properly. I will not go back and I do not recommend anyone use this business unless you just like giving your money to dishonest people.

Every place I called gave quotes from $3000 to $4000 and told me it would be a week for the work to be completed. Mike explained to me the owner is a transmission expert and most of the cars the come in to their shop with transmission problems do not need a total rebuild. I liked what he said and made an appointment. I came in for my appointment at 9:00 am the next day. Joe took my car for a test drive. After about 15 minutes He came to the waiting room and told me he could fix my transmission for $850 and he could have it ready for me that evening. All I needed was a rebuilt transmission computer. I picked my car up the next day and it drove like it did when it was new. I saved over $2000 and didn't need to rent a car. I'm actually in their shop now having my wife's brakes checked out.
