The fish and fries were far darker than they should have been--easily several shades past what you'd expect from fresh oil. When you order fried flounder and fries, you're expecting that golden, crisp look with a light, clean taste. Instead, everything looked overcooked and came out tasting like it had been sitting in old, overused oil far too long. It's frustrating because you go in expecting bright, crispy fries and a tender, well-breaded flounder that feels fresh. That's not what you get here.
