They had my tire repaired on car by 5pm, when they closed. 5 star primarily since they were honest and great attention to detail. Shelby knew I was coming from a three hour drive away to make the purchase that I saw online. The installation was about twice as long as he originally told me and he apologized many times and explained that one of his employees had been sick that day so everything was backed up, which is understandable. He wants to make sure that his customers are satisfied when they leave.

Like the tires are out of balance. Took it back immediately. Told it would be a while before they could get to it. Very busy!! Surprised but not unexpected. Sat for over an hour and my vehicle didn't move. All of a sudden fella brings me my keys and says it is fixed. Said it was a bit out of balance. Fixed it and said the tech took it for a drive to confirm. Magical since it didn't move from where I parked it. Missed four hours of work and didn't have time to stay longer. Drove onto the highway and the shake is still there at the same speed as before. Garbage service. Also had the oil changed. Dipstick not put all the back in. They "washed" the vehicle. Didn't ask for that, why would I, it's a tire shop. Stripes from a half done effort. First time I've done a review for bad work. I'll be putting this on other sites also.
