I appreciated them pointing that out and explaining it instead of just ignoring it. Their pricing was fair too, especially after getting quotes from a couple other places. I called, spoke directly with Steve, explained exactly what I needed (oil change, brake fluid check, maintenance reminder reset, etc.), and he confirmed they could handle it with no problem. He even said he had the tools to reset the maintenance reminder. We scheduled for Friday. I called off work to make this appointment and drove over early. When I arrived, Steve looked confused and said he couldn't work on my car because it was "too low." My car is completely stock, no modifications, no lowered suspension. He suddenly changed his story. So not only did I waste my time and lose a day of work, but his website explicitly claims they service F-Types. If a shop is going to advertise that they handle specific models, they should be prepared to do so or at least be upfront about limitations before confirming an appointment. Extremely disappointed. Misleading advertising and poor communication. I wouldn't trust this place for anything Jaguar-related.
