There was a home swimming meet and basketball games at the University. It was also the last chance for students to move back to campus prior to an upcoming snow storm. They were gonna be busy, folks. They were not well prepared for the crowd. Apparently, forethought was lacking. The food was ok. Bar food that met our expectations. Fresh cut fries were a nice touch. But instead of providing any official receipt or confirmation, she simply wrote my name on a piece of paper and told me I "should" see the refund by the end of the week. That left me feeling uneasy--no proof, no assurance, just "trust us." I moved into my apartment this semester and was excited to use the coupon they gave out to try Wings Over for the first time. I had high hopes, but instead I left extremely disappointed in the customer service and overall management of the situation.
